Anthony is great. Everyone knows you pay more for service at a dealership but Anthony’s demeanor and service helps me stomach that.

Rick Wright was very helpful and easy to work with.

Rick Wright was very helpful and easy to work with. I’ve been buying vehicles for 60 years and this was probably the most positive experience I’ve had. I responded to an add with pricing and there were no surprises other than the dealer added extras that weren’t included in the advertisements. We were able to find an agreeable middle-ground in negotiations that worked well for us. Follow-up conversations with Rick have been excellent so far and he has continued to be very helpful. That is very refreshing! I’ve dealt with Airpark on service and recalls on my 2016 Ram 1500 and was pleased overall with that experience. Initial was with Bryan on response to the CarGurus add and Rick picked it up from there. I added auto steps included in the deal and already heard from Tony the following morning. I’m hopeful that will go as smoothly as the purchase.
