Sheila Keilman Saved The Day

When I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation they had no record of my appointment. As this was my second attempt to get in I was just going to go somewhere else. Just then Sheila came along and I explained my problem and just asked that they turn my Ram around so I could leave! She replied, “Sir you are here and I am going to get you taken care of now. What do you need? “Ok, I said, I need an oil change, tires rotated, and I have 2 recalls to take of. “How much time do I have?” She asked. “Two hours, I said Well she got the paperwork done and she helped me find the wheelchair ramp and walked me to the waiting room. Two hours later she came and got me and since I had not been there before she helped me to find the cashier who by the way was also really nice. As long as Shiela is there I will be a customer. She really saved the day for me. Thanks Sheila. I was the guy with the walker and the white Ram 1500 Limited.

Customer satisfaction notice U53

Jason the service advisor was professional taking my call and setting up my appointment, he understood my concerns and expectations. On the appointment date, Jason was there to greet me, he and the rest of the service department exceeded my expectations.The repair was done quicker than anticipated, the also gave my truck a wash. Thanks Jason and crew.

Fast and Efficient

Excellent Service! I brought our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and our 2017 Dodge Challenger in for regular service, oil change, tire rotation, inspection, etc. The Jeep also had a safety recall that needed to be taken care of. Service advisors Charlie Brummett and Derrick Parra were a pleasure to work with, even though I had to reschedule an appt. at the last minute. They gave realistic time frames and kept my husband & I updated on the service progress in real time. Thank you!

Same experience as the last review talked

Same as last review , emailed back and fourth for 5 days working out a deal, get close to where I want to be asked to run credit, then I was switched to the finance guy( which I dont have good credit) he took over the deal, only to be told the very first amount on day one which was completely different then the pencil sheet, talking $300 a month difference . It was like I had to start working the deal all over and the last person that was working with me didn't care to get the sale he just stated how much a month and if I change my mind he will be there. I emailed copies of the emails with the pencil sheet to the general sales manager (Willie) after receiving a email asking how the car buy process went . Guess what no response.

5 Stars!!!!

After spending a whole day at a different dodge dealership and getting absolutely nowhere on a deal for a new truck, I made it to Airpark Dodge and was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and the non pressure that the dealership provided. They had many different trucks to choose from that met my requirements and at a price that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I highly recommend Airpark Dodge, and also Benjamin Dayton who helped us, as this was by far the best experience I have had while purchasing a vehicle from any dealership. I will recommend them to family and friends alike who are in the market for a new vehicle, as well as anyone else looking for a vehicle. 5 star service in every way!!!

Dishonest and Disrespectful dealership

Dishonest and Disrespectful dealership: 1st: after days of talking with them before my test drive appointment and discussing my trade in, the person I worked with in the dealership seemed that we never talked before: I felt that everything we had talked was completely ignored! Bad start, I thought!The person started opening the emails and verifying everything we had talked. More importantly: we specifically discussed the trade in value and what I am looking for my car. I was very clear as I did not want to waste my and their time! They gave me a number for my trade in, documented via email! Of course, as they said, they must see the car for best appraisal so that I can get the most for it. Makes sense. They saw the car and confirmed that it was in “like new” condition. Nevertheless, the manager gave me super funny, low and insulting offer for no reason but to make fun of me. I told them that they INSULTED me and we all wasted our time. The initial offer was lower that the KBB instant cash offer and what they stated in the email. Yes, they changed the offer after they messed up...but it did not matter to me anymore. I was mad. They are promoting themselves to be a different, not typical dealership...! Oh my: what I experienced was Disrespect and Insult!!! The Car sale business has been shifting and they should really consider how they treat customers, if they care for my opinion! Do Not trust and Be Careful where you plan to spend tens of thousands of dollars!

Good, honest folks

After having a not so great experience elsewhere, I decided to head over to Airpark. Robert Brickman, Charlie Brummett, Chris, and Sam Osterkorn helped provide an excellent and very professional experience. They were patient and transparent as we discussed options. Normally, I would expect to have to question obscure fees, backend math, etc.; however, that was not the case at Airpark. Everything was black and white and easy to follow. I am quite happy with my purchase and experience with Airpark and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I will certainly be coming back for future purchases.

They will work with you and help you every step of the way. The price was incredible and because of their willingness to help I am a proud owner of a new Grand Cherokee Limited
