The customer service manager and staff were very friendly, acknowlegeable, and they kept me updated. They went over their service and ask did I have any questions. I was very pleased how they got me in and out in great time frame

It was horrible they don’t consider the customers needs

It was horrible they don’t consider the customers needs at all the HEAD manager is just down right despicable I will never tell anyone to purchase a vehicle from sandy sansing Nissan EVER!!!!! my car cut off me after a week in the middle of traffic I could’ve gotten hit and killed my car literally cut off and slid across the highway on TOP Of that they wouldn’t even fix my car or at least tell me what’s wrong with it they didn’t do anything

Even though I was a little early for my appointment, they...

Even though I was a little early for my appointment, they took me right in. The service people were very kind and considerate. The customer waiting area was very nice. Coffee and snacks were available. The purpose of this visit was for a recall notice. When my vehicle was ready they explained that it was a software update. They also vacuumed the front floor and washed it ! Very pleased with my experience.

My car was involved in an accident in October and as of...

My car was involved in an accident in October and as of this review the Nissan body shop has failed to give any indication of any possible time for repairing the car. the parts were ordered according to them on 20 October any any calls to the dealership leaving messages has gone on without any answers It leads me to think that It Is a bad idea to by any car from any of the Sandy Sansing dealerships If there staff finds it too hard for common respect for customers problems.

Hi there! We hate you had a bad experience. It looks like you didn't have interaction with our store though. So we forwarded your comments to the manager of the body shop. We hope that your issue is resolved!

I had to call again yesterday to ask if any of the parts had been received and was told they have had been at the dealership for awhile and have finally set up a repair date of 17 January. Again it appears the dealership does not have a system to interact with the customers or I would have been informed when the parts arrived and not been with out a car for three months.
