Quick, friendly and reliable service. Brought my vehicle in for 2 recalls and a tire issue. I did not have an appointment but Sandy Sansing Nissan got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Sandy Sansing Nissan has always been friendly and helpful

Sandy Sansing Nissan has always been friendly and helpful with all my needs. Scott in the service center has been great. If away from his phone he always returns my calls quickly. He got me scheduled in to take care of the Recalls on my vehicle. All went smoothly and was an easy process.

I had an appointment got there 10 min early they took my

I had an appointment got there 10 min early they took my car on back said it would be ready in about an hour and half I had two recalls car was ready in 45 min I was surprised and happy the agent I talked with John Chambers was awesome very respectful patient knowledgeable kind I absolutely recommend this business and won’t hesitate to use them

My 19 year old booth a used car there 4 months ago.

My 19 year old booth a used car there 4 months ago. With the car he was told he had a bumper to bumper warranty. It was two useless warranty that I am now trying to cancel. On top of that he is making payment and the car needs $6000 with of repairs. What a rip off for a young kid just starting out. I will never deal with them again and will tell everyone coming thru the doors where I work how much they took advantage of a young kid. Shame on them

Finance guy unprofessional, almost lost sale!

Our sales guy, Ryan Silber, was great. I had completed my research, was pre approve with my bank and ready to fine the pickup that I wanted. Ryan, listen to me and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. He was non pressure. Offered to find financing but when I told him I was working with my banker he totally understood. At closing, with check in hand from the bank we were directed to the finance guy. I was NOT happy with him at all. He made a snide remark about my decision to use my bank and not going through his financial process. He was totally unprofessional in making this remark. I will definitely recommend Ryan and will buy from Sandy Sansing again BUT next time I will refuse to sign any closing paperwork with the finance guy. If that means they loose the sale, then so be it.

Went in for key recall.

Went in for key recall. Service tried to sell me rear brakes I asked him how he determined that , he told me that they looked through the holes in the wheel. Really. The vehicle was never placed on the lift.
