I want to say THANK YOU to Joseph Park for his outstanding customer service!!! I called INFINITI located in Glendale, California and inquired about a specific 2019 INFINITI Q50. Joseph was very polite and patient as I was asking questions about the Q50, because I was driving from San Diego to Glendale, and it was about a two-hour drive. I told Joseph I’ll be arriving at the Glendale INFINITI right before closing, depending on the LA traffic. Joseph told me he would wait for me even if it was past their closing hours, because he knew of the traffic conditions during peak traffic hours. When Joseph told me he would wait for me, I told him I’m heading there now, and I would update him of my arrival time as I battle the LA traffic. When I arrived at the INFINITI Dealership in Glendale, the INFINITI Q50 was parked in front of the dealership and washed. I was impressed and I knew I was going to purchase the INFINITI Q50 from this dealership. I walked around the vehicle and Joseph handed me the key fob to start the vehicle. The interior of the vehicle was immaculate, and the vehicle sounded smooth when it started. Purchasing a vehicle through Glendale INFINITI with Joseph as your car salesperson, was stress free and easy. Joseph was straight to the point with the price of the vehicle and no high-pressure sales tactics was ever used.
