There were a few minor issues with the truck that didn't
There were a few minor issues with the truck that didn't show in their pictures and of course none of it was mentioned prior to my 2 hour drive. The dealer refused to deliver the truck to me unless they were paid in full prior and wanted me to place a $1k non-refundable deposit. However, I purchased the truck anyway and I have been trying to get information from the salesman since but he has quit answering my messages. All I can tell you is be 100% before you hand them the money. 🤷♂️🙄

Service has gotten worse the last few yrs at the former
Service has gotten worse the last few yrs at the former Rice Toyota. Recently took car in for inspection. Tech didn't screw valve press gages back on tire stems all the way. The next day when home, 3/4 tires were flat. Seems like I have issues every 3rd or 4th visit. Service is not as good as it use to be.

I bought a 2017 Prius C from you in 2021 and have been entirely pleased with it and with Rice's excellent and courteous service, so much so that II have continued to come to you for service since I moved to Raleigh early last year. PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) Additionally, I hasten to add my compliments to management for your excellent phone agent, Fernando Fuentes; he is courteous, competent and accommodating!
