Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. No call backs to schedule an appointment, not friendly at all, always trying to upsell you, people on the phone are boring and borderline rude. Attitude os a reflection of leadership, so I assume they have none.

First Class Volvo Dealership
Great place to buy a car. Fred Makoid is a dealer that not only is passionate about Volvo's he likes his job and takes pleasure in seeing folks drive away in their dream car. No pressure, professional, they detail the car and fill it up w/gas before you leave. I highly recommend Weaver Brothers. They have been business a long time they know Volvo's new and used.

I am writing this email to let you know about the experience my wife and I had at your dealership on 12/29/2020. My wife is going to purchase a new car this spring and she has decided she wants a Volvo. We drove from Bath, NC to Raleigh to give her an opportunity to look at different models and packages because we thought your dealership would have more inventory to choose from. This is approximately a two hour drive for us. We spoke to Fred Makoid, Although Fred was polite it was very obvious he did not have the time to spend with us to allow my wife to explore the options available. Example: My wife wanted to sit in a car that she would be interested in purchasing however she was only allowed to sit in the showroom model. She asked if she could start a car to view the instrument cluster and how the climate control and radio features are displayed and interfaced. Fred just dismissed the request by saying it is all just voice command. She asked about different wheel packages and Fred was short in his answer and I quote, "well it will cost more" We are not idiots we do realize that additional options have cost associated with them. In general we both got the feeling that Fred did not think we would purchase a vehicle and was not interested in wasting time on us. The experience was disappointing and we discussed if this is the way your dealership treats its customers before the sale what would service be after the sale. I assure you that my wife and I do not waste anyone's time including ours and we feel we wasted a four hour drive round trip to your dealership yesterday. When we make a decision on a car we are more than prepared and have the financial means to purchase the car she wants. The reason I decided to let you know about the experience is simply to prevent the loss of any future customers and I hope you take this communication seriously.

Excellent Online Car Buying Experience My wife and I purchased a new Volvo S90 entirely online from Weaver Brothers Volvo in Raleigh. We reside in North Myrtle Beach SC, so a visit to the dealership to look at the vehicle we found online was not convenient. We worked with Salesperson Ned Clark via telephone, email, and text, and verbally agreed to purchase this vehicle “sight unseen”. We arranged a pick-up date just prior to the Covid-19 shutdown of many businesses in our area, and upon our arrival, we found our new vehicle to be everything promised. The paperwork was finalized exactly as we had previously agreed upon with no hidden/additional charges. We enjoyed meeting Mr. Clark and Finance Mgr. "Peter" who both made our car buying experience enjoyable and pressure free. I recommend working with Mr. Clark for your next vehicle purchase, either online or in person. God Bless, Stay Safe!!!

Great experience This was my second purchase of a Volvo from Weaver brothers. They are failure with their pricing. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase. They follow up after the purchase, and their maintenance team is great to work with as well.

Recently purchased a previously owned XC60 from Weaver Bros. I was an out of town buyer so negotiation was done over the telephone. I drive 40,000 miles per year and have for the last 35 years and purchase cars every 1 1/2 - 2 years, Peter Garrett was a true sales professional and made the transaction as painless as possible, would be pleased to do business with Weaver Bros. again.
