I recently purchased a vehicle from Barbour-Hendrick Honda and had the distinct pleasure of working with Mr. Ned Hindi. From the outset, he demonstrated genuine kindness, patience, and attentiveness to the specific features I was seeking. His priority was clearly my satisfaction rather than simply making a sale. Mr. Hindi took the time to understand my preferences and personality, ultimately matching me with a vehicle that felt perfectly suited to me. The entire process, which spanned nearly five hours, was so seamless and engaging that I scarcely noticed the time passing. While awaiting the completion of paperwork from the finance department, our conversation was both enjoyable and personable - more akin to speaking with a longtime acquaintance than a first-time meeting. Historically, I have found the dreadful car-buying to be stressful and transactional, but Mr. Hindi provided a refreshingly pleasant and customer-focused experience. If I had an endless supply of cash, I’d gladly purchase a new vehicle once every couple months just to enjoy a conversation with Mr. Hindi. He is a consummate professional and a valuable asset to the dealership. I highly recommend working with Mr. Hindi if you want a car-buying experience that’s thoughtful, personal and refreshingly human!

I found myself in need of a more reliable car to fit my needs. My past experience with Bob Barbour Honda was stellar. That experience led me back to Them to see my salesman and friend, Ned Hindi. He made our 1st purchase so pleasurable I just had to give him my business again. Ned got me a great deal on a 26 Honda HRV. This sales experience was more of a visit with a trusted friend than a frustrating round and round with another car salesman. Don't miss this dealership. Don't miss Ned. Tell him Rob sent you.

Amazing dealership!

Amazing dealership!!! On Thursday, September 26, 2025, I got my Mercedes Benz E Class service at Barbour Hendrick Honda in Greenville. My service advisor, Michelle Flores, went above and beyond to make sure that my car had the correct Mercedes Benz parts. It took a couple of days for the parts to come in. However, she always communicated with me and kept me updated. During that time, Scott Byrley the General Manager (GM), Ashley Andrews the Service Manager and Michelle Flores, made sure that I had a loner vehicle to get back and forth from home and work. I am truly grateful for Scott, Ashley and Michelle for providing me the best service ever!!! Also, I am thankful that the service team got my Mercedes Benz operating better than before! The problem I had been dealing with for quite some time has been resolved. I haven't had any issues at all! On the other hand, on Wednesday, October 2, 2025. I got my 2023 Honda Civic service for an oil change. Once again, my service advisor Michelle Flores went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle had the proper oil change, tire rotation and etc. My service experience at Barbour Hendrick Honda in Greenville was Magnificent!!! I Highly recommend you to get your service done here! They will take great care of you! I promise! 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Eric

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Eric Batchelor at Barbour Hendrick in less then three months. We found him to be helpful and friendly, and he really enhanced the car buying experience by helping us to find vehicles that fit our driving patterns perfectly. He even nudged me out of my comfort zone, and I’m rolling out with a beautiful blue Honda Accord Sport L. It handled so well in the test drive, and I know that I will enjoy this solid vehicle for years to come. My fiancés Ridgeline was an excellent choice as well. We are enjoying both immensely. Thanks Eric! We’ll be back!

The service level I received from Ned Hindi and EVERYONE from initial greeting to service was OUTSTANDING! I have been purchasing cars for more than 20 years and have NEVER been treated so well. The professionalism, courtesy, and true concern finding me the right car, not just any car blew my expectations away! I looked almost every day for 3 weeks without pressure to purchase, only to find the right car for my family. Each time I visited the dealership I would be introduced to another member of this great team. Teamwork makes the dreamwork and I found a great place to purchase and recommend Honda.
