Bought a truck that broke down on the way home. OWNER gave me written promise to have the truck towed, repaired out of his pocket NEVER HAPPENED! He then promised to pay me my money back if I got it fixed NEVER HAPPENED! I had to file a civil lawsuit against them, which should be served this week. I'm sure they'll probably try to reply here like I'm lying so I have all the emails and conversations locked and loaded

Very good experience! My daughter was looking for two specific used car models, and we had spent the entire day driving from one dealership to another. Winter Park Auto Mall was our last stop, and we weren't hopeful, because the price was lower than any we had seen advertised, and the vehicle had 20,000 fewer miles. However, it turned out to be exactly what she was looking for. The trunk liner was missing, but the dealership ordered one and had it sent to my daughter in MD as promised. Also, there was a small stain on one of the seats, so they gave the whole car a steam cleaning and detailing while we waited. If you are looking for a shiny dealership with free coffee, this is not your place. If you are looking for a no-nonsense car purchase with lower-than-average dealer fees, this is your place! I bought a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu LT and it looked like a new car interior and exterior, clean, new car smell, runs great, no problems.

Thieves, kept my $4000 deposit when financing was not secured, lied about the transaction to visa and the bank, vehicle broke down and we returned it. Stay away from these monsters.

Karim sold me a lemon with a tremendous amount of mechanical issues with it. He lied to me about my car not having any structural or frame damage. I considered upgrading my vehicle so attempted to sell it to another dealer but was told I had frame damage. The dealer took pictures from underneath my car and showed me bent metal and a report from the auction where Winter Park Auto Mall purchased it. The auction notified them of the structural damage to the vehicle and they acknowledge the damage to the vehicle. Then sold it to me with these issues without disclosing it. This dealership is underhanded, shady, dishonest, and money hungry. I've only had this vehicle for a short period and it has had at least 30 mechanical issues replaced on it all due to the structural underlying damage. Now my car is significantly way below the market value price. Although Karim overcharged me for it After selling me this crappy lemon Karim felt that fixing the issues he left me stuck with is his way of going over and beyond the call of duty to help me. How egotistical and unprofessional this guy is. I'll never do business with this fake dealer again. Unlike Winter Park Auto Mall that sells you crappy cars forcing you to constantly return with multiple complaints regarding all the mechanical issues. They'll have their backyard mechanic do a half job and you'll continue to break down. My advice to used car buyers is to take your business a reputable dealership that will have their cars well maintained and ready buy.

Our son's first car was purchased with Karim, at Winter Park Auto Mall in August 2020. Our son, a student from Canada studying in the USA , picked up his car and all was ready as Karim had specified. The service was impeccable and reliable. The contract for the sale was well executed and all perfect. Follow-ups were done professionally and in a timely fashion. Karim is a reliable person; a reliable dealership . Our son and us (as parents living in Canada) felt extremely comfortable dealing with Karim,(even from afar) as he gave us confidence. We strongly recommend this dealer based on our own experience.

They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. They are a very upfront and honest small dealership. I will definitely purchase from them again. Do NOT waste your time with this dealership. My car broke down the FIRST day driving off the lot. The finance manager acted as if he was doing me a favor by sending the mechanic to fix it. Today, I found a hose was glued on the car to keep it running and it was never tuned up after purchase. All cars on this lot are auctioned WITH NO MAINTENANCE BEFORE AND AFTER SALE. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE!! GO TO A DEALERSHIP WITH VALUES. YOU WILL REGRET COMING HERE!! ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS HAVE TO BE FRAUDULENT.
