I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic from Stone Road Auto and cannot stress enough how professional, helpful and informative the employees were when I was deciding which vehicle would best suit my needs. They truly helped in making my car shopping experience easy and stress-free!

I bought a truck from them and they lied multiple times. They told me the tires were new and when I got the truck I found out they were not new so I said something to them. They told me they would put new ones on if I paid $300. They told me they fixed the oil leak, when all they did was tighten up the valve. When I asked them to put it in writing, he complained, but finally did it. If you are honest, why do you complain that a customer wants something in writing? The wheel bearings were bad and needed to be replaced...by me, they said the rims were brand new and I found out they were plasti dipped and the speedometer is off by 5 mph. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone because of their dishonesty.

I bought a Silverado from them last summer and immediately had problems one the way home after driving 3 hours to get the vehicle. The fender flares fell off while driving and my cat converter went up on the way home. Although they replaced the cats the fender flare job was sub par and they were coming off again when I went to pick it up. The biggest issue is when I began to peel away the paint and reformer they sprayed under the truck and all over it. I found an astronomical amount of of rust that appears as though they just tried covering it. I now have to put a few thousand into my vehicle just to try and break even on what I owe for it. The way it looks it’s as if they just covered the rust instead of dealing with it before hand. My tailgate also has filler in it which means there was some sort of cosmetic damage that wasn’t disclosed at the time of me buying it.
