This is no knock on Michael, but they can do better.

This is no knock on Michael, but they can do better. I paid for a service on my vehicle, that I did not need to pay because it was included when the car was purchased. Fine mistakes happen , I get it , but getting my refund has been like pulling teeth. I was told 24 to 48 hours before the refund goes back to the card, it has been a week. Called yesterday, was given the run around, past from department to department , repeating myself over and over. Then I get to speak to someone and they stated that it had to do with a new credit card service and only the manager can do it and he’s in a meeting. Ok. No, no one’s called me back. I get it , I may not be important or put on the back burner because you’re not selling me a car , not making any money off of me and you guys probably do it constantly. So yeah, for that you get 1 star.

Great experience.

Great experience. Easy to schedule. Excellent lounge complete with work stations and coffee - very helpful while I was waiting for my service in the middle of a work day!

Mike, the sales manager and Kennedy, the mechanic were

Mike, the sales manager and Kennedy, the mechanic were wonderful. Kennedy sent me a video of the what was wrong and what it was going to take to fix it, and when it would be ready, my experience was great. Thank you, guys.

Replaced 4 new tires for Q7.

Replaced 4 new tires for Q7. Great service! I wanted to keep one of the old tires. It was wrapped well with a plastic bag and placed in the car.

I’ve been going to Audi of Natick for three years now.

I’ve been going to Audi of Natick for three years now. The service is top-notch. They always wash my car and vacuum it and Ross, the service advisor is always updating me when my car is in service. It’s hard for me to get rid of my Audi and have to go to another dealer because of their service.

Our salesman Zach K., at Natick Audi, made our car buying experience exceptional in every way! He was the consummate professional. Zach listened to our priorities and concerns and addressed each one of them keeping in mind what our goal was. Great service.

Great service. Made it a breeze to find a new car for myself to lease. We priced everything over email and the phone. The save me loads of time. I was already familiar with the car. So I simply had to come in to sign some paperwork. And get my new car!
