We had a wonderful experience getting our new vehicle

We had a wonderful experience getting our new vehicle with our salesman Sarkis. Very professional and courteous service from him and the staff . We’ve been doing business with this dealer for many years and have no complaints.

I was very disappointed with virtually every aspect of my service visit from the moment I entered the facility to the time I left. The only redeeming value was when a uniformed service person corrected another service person in regards to a coupon I had. I was even grossly misinformed of a needed service that was in fact not needed at all, verified by another JEEP dealer. I have no intention of ever returning to your dealership.

This is maybe my 4th or 5th time going there for regularly scheduled service and minor repairs. I've always had a great experience with the kindness and knowledge of the employees, as well as their speedy and thorough repairs.

The worst experience i have ever had buying a vehicle.

The worst experience i have ever had buying a vehicle. Bought a used jeep that put itself into park in the middle of an intersection. A death trap that they " fixed". It did it again. They treated me like i was any other trade in. I bought a NEW jeep and they gave me no deal for my problem of their product being junk. Needless to say, $20k and a trade in . I payed 45k for a 47k vehicle. I was told ,"we didn't make you buy that vehicle". I wouldn't buy a matchbox car from this place

I had appt scheduled a month ago, received email and text

I had appt scheduled a month ago, received email and text confirmation. When I should up, I was not a the scheduled and was told there was no room for me. He take my name &# and someone will call me to schedule. No one has called me back since 9/15/25, it?s now 9/28/25. I called 9/19 and 9/26,left messages with mgr Don voice. Still waiting

It was a nightmare dealing with the service department.

It was a nightmare dealing with the service department. I've bought two new trucks from the dealership and I'm about to buy a new truck. Not from Daytona Dodge. It took them 7 days to replace a fuel pump. Oh, I got the standard b.s. It takes 5 to 7 days to get the fuel pump, we are short handed, etc. etc. Stay clear from Daytona Dodge.

No playing games at this dealership.

No playing games at this dealership. Friendly, courteous and low pressure. They provided an initial offer and then met my counter. Wasn't local, so worked out everything remotely, then showed up at dealership for the test drive and final paperwork..in and out in 30 min. I'd buy from them again.

Problem diagnosed in one day, used to be able to wait and have done. Told part needed coming 3 different times. Picked up car had to pay for part that is still not delivered. Haven?t parked in my garage yet because there are ants crawling all over vehicle.
