Our salesman was Joe Vargas and he was knowledgeable,

Our salesman was Joe Vargas and he was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and non-pressuring. Unfortunately, the car we purchased had a recall and we couldn't take it home till it was fixed. Alex Amiri made it right by reimbursing us for a rental car and giving us a loaner car. They also offered to make our first payment and all payments after that we wouldn't have the car. Luckily for them, the car was fixed and only one car payment will be needed. That is good customer service and we would highly recommend Villa Ford.

My last experience with Villa Ford was very good.

My last experience with Villa Ford was very good. I wanted a simple oil change, tire rotation and my break pads checked. They completed the work in a timely manner without trying to upsell me other jobs. I did noticed two of my tire air caps missing. I didn’t call or go back to get them replaced.
