Updating my review to 5 stars!

Updating my review to 5 stars! Please note that I've had my fair share of purchasing/leasing numerous vehicles from various dealerships. At the beginning of this year, I leased a 2023 F150 from a different sales guy (and not my usual salesperson - Andrew Romano). Andrew wasn't available at the time, and the last time I purchased a truck from this dealership, it was a split deal between Andrew and the other salesperson. Well, that time around the other salesperson is the definition of a "sleazy" salesperson, and they piped in unnecessary add-ons & maintenance plans into that deal. Not only that, but I was advised to forge my wife's signature since her name was also on the other vehicle I was trading in at the time. There was no integrity with that "seasoned" sales guy who would go at extreme lengths to unethically close a deal. I should have waited the next day for Andrew, but Villa Ford is way out from where I live. The reason I've kept coming back to VF have been due to my amazing car buying experiences through Zak & Andrew. Back in 2016 was when I first purchased a vehicle from Zak. And flash forward 7 years later, I just purchased my 8th vehicle last weekend. Zak is no longer with the dealership, but Andrew has been involved in 5 of my deals. Honestly, Villa Ford actually lost me as a customer after my 2023 F150 lease earlier this year. Not only was it because of the shadiness of that one salesperson, but also the finance guy involved in that deal. However, I was only 8 months in on my 36-months leasing contract - and I was around the area where I needed to kill time for a couple hours. This time I didn't bother to reach out when I visited, and luckily Andrew was working that evening. Long story short, he understood my situation from the previous deal, and we were able to work out an amazing deal to get me out of that lease and into a purchase on my 2023 Escape Hybrid. Sales reps like Andrew are rare; he thoroughly listens to the customer and have always been transparent throughout the process. Keep in mind I don't only buy my vehicles from Villa Ford. In my lifetime, I've owned/leased over 45 vehicles - and this year alone is my 4th car purchase. It says a lot if I can do repeat business with a dealership - and so far Villa Ford is the only dealership that has achieved this! If you don't want to feel like you're getting taken advantaged of, then Andrew or the Internet Sales department are who you'd want to get in contact with!

I was having issues with the charger for my electric

I was having issues with the charger for my electric Mustang and brought the car in for service to address the problem. My service advisor, Domingo Naranjo, initially was not able to determine what the problem was, but he stayed in contact with me, requested additional information about the problem, and ordered me a replacement charger that works much better. I appreciate Domingo's persistence in helping to resolve my issue.

I love this dealership!

I love this dealership!! I ahem bought three vehicles in as many years. Andrew Romano is conscientious and always courtesy. Same salesman on all 3 vehicles. Jane in vehicle delivery is also so awesome to deal with.

Talk to Andrew!

I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. Andrew Romano followed up on my online inquiry and he was excellent to work with. We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. About 2 weeks after the sale, and issue came up regarding the finance department, I received no response from finance, so I called Andrew and he had it resolved in a day. Thank you again!
