Extremely Disappointing Experience at Rosen I had a

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Rosen I had a very frustrating experience at Rosen recently while trying to purchase a used vehicle. I was passed around between multiple salespeople before finally working with Christian. At first, he seemed friendly, but things quickly took a turn. After noticing some damage on the car, I asked if there was room to negotiate $1,000 off the price. Instead of working with me, I was presented with numbers that included nearly $3,000 in optional protection packages I never requested. When I clearly stated I didn’t want any of those add-ons and just wanted the payment based on the actual car price, I was told they were “required” and that nothing would be removed—delivered with attitude and no explanation. What’s most disappointing is that I’ve previously bought a vehicle from Rosen and had a much better experience. This time, I felt pressured, disrespected, and misled. It’s unfortunate to see the decline in customer service. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location based on how I was treated.

Jamal's lack of professionalism (rude, defiant,

Jamal's lack of professionalism (rude, defiant, argumentative, lack of knowledge) was unmatched by any other serviceman in my life. Never have I been so angry about the completely fraudulent misconduct by this man. He'd lie about everything! He'd say he'd call and wouldn't; he'd get on the phone and make up stories about parts being there, schedule an appointment for me, but when I got there, blamed others for the part missing (went on for months!) until finally I was so frustrated from being given the run-around and having to climb through my passenger door to reach in to unlock my driver's door that I was reduced to tears. I truly believe Jamal has learned to cover up his mistakes by making excuses. DON'T BUY FROM THIS LOCATION - ESPECIALLY IF JAMAL STILL WORKS THERE!

HORRIBLE Service Advisor!

HORRIBLE Service Advisor!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Especially if you're a woman! Jamal Mumford - talked over me, interrupted me, was argumentative and debated what I was told by not only Firestone (with a video) but also what I was told by another Hyundai dealership that did warranty work on my car. The other dealer even asked Rosen to call them to talk about what is wrong with the car, but Jamal wouldn't even let me speak. I bought my car here, but won't be back ever.
