Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

I received a coupon and it was honored. Wendy is great to look up what needs to be done to my vehicle. I have a 2019 Honda HRV and a 2013 Dodge Ram Hemi and they service both of them beautifully.

Always great service! We have purchased numerous vehicles from Forest City Honda and will buy again in the future. Service is always friendly and fast.

Took my 2022 ridge line in for its 36000 k check up.

Took my 2022 ridge line in for its 36000 k check up. Everything was done perfectly with no problems. Both ladies that were running the check in were awesome. Would recommend 10/10.
