This was my very first BRAND NEW CAR!! The experience was awesome! From my salesman, to T.J. the manager to the finance specialist, Mrs. Cousins! I was VERY pleased and impessed with the customer service, the entire deal, the education, the time and patience my salesman had with us when we bought our car! I trust this professional team and I HIGLY recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a car without drama, games, and difficulties! I went in, chose a car, was approved, and drove off with my car all in one day! HONDA is a great automobile (this is my 2nd one) and the quality of car, quality of the team//staff made me one HAPPY LADY!!!!

Best car buying experience since I bought my first car 53 years ago! Ray was thorugh, prompt, complete and best price in town! Even provide a trade in price over the phone that was within $500 of expectation and that was after Internet price for a new car with all the taxes, fees, etc had been provided. Will buy my next car from Ray and will direct friends to Ray at RUSSELL & Smith. A top 5 rating. Lawrence Behrmann

My sales person Ray Huddleston was very patient with me...
My sales person Ray Huddleston was very patient with me after I asked to test 3 cars. He was friendly and kind. We started off talking on the interest asking for the best the rate. And to my surprise, I received a very good rate from him at the very first response. It wasn't any hassling back and forth. The quote at the bottom stated 24 hours to agree upon, but he agreed to letting me have it beyond that time. I was supposed to visit the dealership on a Thursday, I called to let him know I really can't make it until Saturday and was the quote still go, and yes it was. After finalizing which car I wanted I was taken to Ami in Finance. She too was a pleasant to work with. I went into the dealership with an interest rate that I thought was already good from a credit union, but thought I would give Honda a try, curious about what they would offer. Ami assisted me, asked me a few questions and shortly returned stating the best interest rate ever. I was very thankful for the assistance of both Ray H and Ami. Yes I would recommend this dealership.

The entire purchasing experience was made so easy with Russell Smith Honda. Our calls were returned promptly and Ray had everything ready for us like he promised when we got there. We felt like we were valued as customers. They made car shopping so much easier. They stayed late for us and made us feel like they enjoy working late! We are happy to tell our friends and neighbors about the ease Russell Smith Honda, in paticular, Ray Huddleston made buying our new Honda. THANK YOU!! Ray was helpful, polite and prepared. He worked with my husband on the phone several times over the course of a few days to make this happen. Roberto Ray was also friendly, helpful and efficient. Neither gentlemen were pushy with their sales. It was definitely worth the drive to get to Russell Smith. The service can't be beat and we are happy with our new Honda, thank you! What a great experience!!

Micah was very easy to work with. He was polite and friendly and I feel honest with us. We had visited 3 other Honda dealerships in Houston and ended up with the sterotypical car salesman. And dissapointed each time. Russell & Smith was quick and easy to work with from the sales process to the financing.
