Great Service Leadership overall from Joseph. The Service Manager & Service Writer Gerardo. They are both completely Professional, Patient & Kind. Consistent is the word that truly comes to mind. Service is a lost Art these days & both Joe & Gerardo are naturally gifted at it.

Thomas is the best!!!!

Thomas is a great service advisor. He is very professional and detailed. He also provides updates on your vehicle from start to finish, and leaving the dealership He reached a few days later to see if everything was still good with my car.

My experience

Everyone was professional and knew their business. The only negative thing I have to say is I didn’t understand why I had to answer questions by the finance manager after I was approved by my bank for financing. Otherwise everything was good. Fridndly people.

Honda charged me for tires under warranted miles

I like Honda for more than 20 years, so I bought 4 Honda cars, didn't buy any cars from other company. However, Honda is becoming unfriendly to costumers. Today is the worst experience for me. I went Honda for state inspection, the Honda worker tells me that if I don't replace the two front tires the inspection will be failed. The price for the two tires is more than $400 although the tires only ran 36000 miles, much less than it's listed warranty of 50000 miles!

2023 Crv Sport Hybrid

Went to the dealership after doing our thorough research about the 2023 CRV Sport wotj Blindspot monitoring and gave us a deal that we didn’t expect to get. Great Service!

My experience was great. My battery went dead and was still under warranty. The rep looked up the information for my battery changed it out and I was on my way out pretty fast.

Great service

Great customer service with Jose and other associates like Gerardo are friendly. Timing was also appropriate and facilities were clean. I would most definitely recommend

I was impressed with the quality and the service.

From the moment I called to ask questions about my car, the service was amazing. I got answers right away. Then I decided to make an appointment to take my car. When I got to the dealership, I met my service advisor. Gerardo right away offered his service and started to take care of my vehicle by giving me his advice and telling me what may be the problem. Then he offered me transportation to my work and made me feel like a family! Soon enough he called me and told me what was the problem! So they fixed and recommended some other things that my car may need in the near future! I was very pleased with the service and the speed!
