Everything went smoothly and I got a better deal on a

Everything went smoothly and I got a better deal on a brand new car. With all the features that I wanted. The whole experience in and out of the dealership was done within 3 hours. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and very professional. I will definitely go back to that dealership even though it’s an hour away from my house.

The service department totally misdiagnosed my minor

The service department totally misdiagnosed my minor transmission issues as a bad clutch plate that they had in stock and would cost $2500. Another dealer put on a new transmission control module covered under warranty that corrected the issues. When you go to Preston Ford for service, get a second opinion ALWAYS.

A great buying experience from the minute we walked in.

A great buying experience from the minute we walked in. Christina was amazing and made us feel right at home and have a sense of she was going to do what it takes to get the job done for us and get us what we wanted. She was super ! Billy Andrews got the deal done for us and we only had to say “no” one time. Rose was fun in finance. All three folks genuinely genuine and straight forward - didn’t get the feeling at all we were being sold instead we were being taken care of !
