ok dealer

Service was good on my 2014 escape, except the service advisor had me mixed up on my bill, which was under warranty, he came to me and said i had a bill which was not correct. Service advisors should due their homework first and remember who has what done for work, so this doesn't happen.

Wonderful experience!

Rob Hudgins was our salesman and It was really nice to have someone treat you like you were the only ones buying a car that day. He was professional and a joy to work with. Everyone was really pleasant from start to finish. Also my husband would like thank Danny from service for his help. We love our new Explorer

Great "Car-Buying" Experience

I had a great "car-buying" experience over the Memorial Day holiday. I purchased the 2015 Ford Fiesta. I worked with Bryan Holiday at the Preston Ford Autoplex in Preston MD. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

This was the first time I had my vehicle serviced at Preston Ford and I was very impressed. They were very organized, gave me a written report of what they had done during the service, and completed the service in a reasonable amount of time.

Great Experience

We bought a 2015 Ford Fusion. We had a great experience at Preston. Our salesman was very helpful and helped us get the deal we were wanting. We will definitely come back to Preston for future vehicle purchases.

Excellent Customer service

The salesperson Ricky Lynn worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted as soon as we could get it. He did all he could to get the Caddy ready for us to take home as quickly as possible.

wonderful service

Had taken the car to Koonz once. Koonz can't compare to Preston. I will never go anywhere else than Preston. Preston is hands down the best in the area. Great job!
