We looked at several local dealers in Delaware a Preston in Maryland and gave each one shot at providing the best price on a new Ford Escape hybtid. Preston responded with the best price and it was on Mercury Mariner hybrid with more features than the Ford Escape. It was the best deal handsdown. Neil Murry was the kind of car salesman I like to deal with. I told him what I wanted and he gave me his best price with no haggeling. I will be going back to Preston for my next vehicle.

This was the first time that I had bought a car and Neil was very helpful during the entire process. After I purchased the car, he familiarized me with the sync system and answered all of my questions. He is also very prompt with following up with phone calls.

My husband and I called Preston Ford before we decided to go there and spoke to Neil Murray Sr. I (Jennifer) decided to go to the dealership alone to look at a new Ford Expedition they had on their lot. Neil Sr. was with another customer so Neil Jr. took me for a test drive. I LOVED the truck and decided to proceed with the purchase. At that point Neil Sr. took over and began the buying process with me. It was very intimidating for me to purchase a vechicle without my husband but both gentleman made the process very easy for me. We had already spoken with our local bank and had an interst rate quote from them. The dealership beat that quote and we were able to get a slightly lower interest rate. We were also able to get a reasonable amount for our trade in which simplified things for us. I really enjoyed my time with both of them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Neil Murry Sr. went out of his way to make the buying process as easy as possible for my husband and I, including a visit to my home this morning to get the necessary signitures from my husband. I appreciate all their help and I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment in my new truck.

I actually went there to test drive a Hyundai Sonata which was advertised on the net, however it had just been sold. Effie took the time to really listen to my needs and help me find an alternative car. With out a hard sell, she used all the resources available to help me find the right car suited to my budget and driving needs. Mickey Henry was very helpful to when I inquired about a used van. He checked around to see what they had in stock and got back with me very promptly. He also sent me pictures of the vehicle to my cell phone and even came in on his day off to show me the van. My husband and I liked it very much, but didn't like the price. Mickey and his manager worked hard for awhile to come down to a price that would suit our budget. In the end we got a very good deal and were appreciative of the fact that they were willing to work with us to earn our business.
