Porsche Plano

I?ve had my Porsche?s serviced at just about every DFW and houston dealership at one point. Plano is by far my favorite and Tim in service is my guy! Such a great experience when everything is done as agreed, on time and your advisor knows his product. I feel like Tim is there to help me and make life easier- Porsches are such an amazing experience, it?s great to feel like the dealership wants your business for life and not just a transaction

From start to finish Manny and John were great ! Excellent communication about my car and detailed information on what needed repairs and why. I really like that I got to speak directly with John the service tech working on my car and all His professional knowledge. A+ from start to finish thanks again !

I really appreciate Jeff Jutzi as my service advisor. He treats me with extreme professional courtesy, answers any questions, and is friendly. In the past, as a female bringing my car to other dealerships or other service advisors I have been hit on, made to feel like I should know car terms that I don't, etc. Jeff never makes me feel that way. Thank you!!!

Everyone I met at Porsche Plano was personable and attentive to my automobile purchase, All questions were addressed by Jorge and Mark as they both displayed a complete knowledge the Porsche Macan. The purchase experience was easy and enjoyable.

On another fantastic car from Mark Lorenzi at Porsche Plano. Such a pleasure working with him. My wife was driving the other one and it was getting enough miles on it to where I gave him a call and he started watching for low mileage pre-owned cayenne's and the perfect one came in 3 weeks after I talk to him. It is a 2022 Cayenne GTS and an awesome vehicle! Only had 12,000 miles on it. Mark gave me more than I expected for my trade and made this deal work. Anybody with a Porsche needs to be going to this dealership. From front to back they do an awesome job and it's always a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you so much for sure Plano for another great car for my wife.

We brought in our Macan S Saturday morning and got a loaner car for the day. All of the annual maintenance requirements were completed and we picked up our Macan S later Saturday afternoon. The whole process was very easy and all the work we needed done was done.

Saturday's Customer service was horrible my husband and I were completely ignored-- felt like we were not the correct race. However, Monday's Customer Service was great with Mark.

Plano Porsche is an excellent dealership. Outstanding team that provides great customer care and service. I’ve enjoyed the Porsche experience through them….from a Cayman S, to a Macan S, and currently a 911 C4S…and value their advice and high quality service. No one services my cars but Plano Porsche.

I read through some of the recent reviews and I wish I had a good experience. Once I purchased my Taycan, the sales person would never call me back. I have had my Taycan for 5 months and I have been trying to get into service for over a month. They have canceled on me twice and said they would call me back when they could get me a loan car. That was several weeks ago. I was able to get an appointment at Park Place Porsche, with a loan car, within a week and they have been very professional. I am very disappointed with Porsche Plano and will not be doing business with them in the future.

What a team. Best experience. John and his crew Eric and Jorge were absolutely incredible. Can?t wait to get another vehicle from these outstanding professionals
