Porsche Plano

Plano Porsche is an excellent dealership. Outstanding team that provides great customer care and service. I’ve enjoyed the Porsche experience through them….from a Cayman S, to a Macan S, and currently a 911 C4S…and value their advice and high quality service. No one services my cars but Plano Porsche.

I read through some of the recent reviews and I wish I had a good experience. Once I purchased my Taycan, the sales person would never call me back. I have had my Taycan for 5 months and I have been trying to get into service for over a month. They have canceled on me twice and said they would call me back when they could get me a loan car. That was several weeks ago. I was able to get an appointment at Park Place Porsche, with a loan car, within a week and they have been very professional. I am very disappointed with Porsche Plano and will not be doing business with them in the future.

I recently purchased my 911 from Porsche Plano and could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of phenomenal. Eric, my salesman, was outstanding. His professionalism, deep knowledge of Porsche, and genuine care made the process seamless and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, and his ethics and attitude were refreshing in today’s sales environment. Matt, the finance manager, was equally impressive. He made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car absolutely effortless. Transparent, efficient, and personable, he made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The team at Porsche Plano sets the bar high. Their combination of professionalism, integrity, and customer-first service created an overall experience that was truly exceptional. I highly recommend Eric, Matt, and the entire Porsche Plano team to anyone considering a Porsche purchase, you will not find a better experience.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOUR BLACK! I scheduled a maintenance appointment with Porsche Plano on August 30, 2025 at 10:30 AM, which was confirmed in advance, including a request for a loaner vehicle. When I arrived, I was told there was no record of my loaner request, no advisor available, and no effort was made to accommodate or resolve the issue. I was assured by the service manager that someone would follow up with me to investigate the situation. No one has contacted me to this day. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially given the standards expected of a premium brand like Porsche. My time was disregarded, and I was not treated with the level of professionalism or respect that should be extended to any customer. In addition this type of behavior happens in other states as well, it seems to be “Porsches” consistent practices, I cannot ignore the feeling that this level of disregard and lack of accountability may be rooted in bias or discriminatory practices. As a customer, I expected to be treated with the same courtesy and professionalism afforded to all patrons of a premium brand like Porsche. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling mistreated, ignored, and disrespected.

Ming our Sales Professional and Trang the Finance Director were both so knowledgeable, personable and helpful! This is our second time purchasing from Porsche Plano through Ming and the service is unmatched. I won't be going anywhere else!

We just took delivery of a new Porsche and the experience from start to delivery was FANTASTIC. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Even down to earth folks. I wish I could go and buy another just for the experience again!
