I recently purchased from motor carsonline.com at the Lansing location. Kat was my sales person. I was actually looking at two cars almost identical. Although their competitors car actually had a little more on it, Kat without realizing it made her car the better deal for me. She emphasized honest things that I had lost track of, one owner car, spotless Carfax, etc. She earned my purchase.

I recently purchased a used Tundra with the Chris M out of the Kalamazoo location. I am from WI and have never purchased a vehicle in this manner, aka without driving it first. They did a great job helping addressing my concerns and were very patient and walked me through the process. The truck was delivered and it’s been a great experience thus far. I would recommend. .

They sent me out on a test drive with a vehicle with bald tires and a large metal stake sticking out from one of the tires. The sales person had no respect and just tried to get me To buy any car or put it deposit down on any car before I even saw it. Then, when I told them I wanted a car, they sold it out from under me after promising they would fix it in the morning. If I could do less than one star, I definitely would

I purchased a $270k Porsche 911 Turbo S from Motorcarsonline and I am very disappointed. I am an out of state buyer so I asked my salesman Michael B to describe any flaws and he told me the car was amazing which was expected at only 7k miles. When the car arrived it had multiple areas that were badly chipped up and a few interior flaws. I contacted them immediately and they would do nothing to rectify the situation. Deceptive pracices!
