This Dealership is a straight rip off they made me pay...

This Dealership is a straight rip off they made me pay for a service I didn't get but.paid for it, end result my transmission messed up. Did not give me my money back and told me he was not gone to give me my money be use he was wrong and I caught him lying for his sorry xxx mechanic, Don't ever go here and Todd the service Manager is a total piece of xxxx

You definitely need to see them!!! Awesome!!!

I went in this morning with my heart set on a 2021 Toyota Tacoma they had and David Fernandez worked and worked and worked with me until we got the deal done. I drove away in the truck I wanted and I am one happy woman!!!

Oil change

After the regular oil change I received my car leaking oil, I noticed that after few days, came back to your Chevrolet dealership (University boulevard Charlotte NC), your service people found out that the oil filter wasn't tighten enough. That could damage my engine if I didn't see the leakage on time.

Worse experience ever

I was helping my baby sister to buy a second car - a used SUV. At first they were very professional, helpful, and courteous. My sister pay cash for her used vehicle. After agreeing to buy, she ended up not getting the car she selected from their sistering company. They gave some sobbed story I didn't believe. So, she went with another car. They agreed to do certain things, which they really didn't meet to satisfaction. What dealer you ever know you purchase a car and the dealer doesn't handle the tag process for you as well as keep you in the loop if problems occurs. This dealer service sucks. If you buy a car from here, just be prepared for a head ups, they not keeping their word, poor communication, and having to stay on them about EV-EVRY-THING. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Terrible ordeal

This place is as unorganized as it gets. It took 3 people 3 days to find a vehicle in their inventory that was assumed loaned/ stolen to realize it had been sold. It was only me communicating the whole time. Many times they said "I'll call you back within an hour" and never did. Communication throughout was terrible. I did all the asking and communication and eventually it was discovered the car was never there but on a sister lot and sold. They offered no reason behind their ineptness. So, 2 "sales professionals", 1 floor manager, and finally the GM found out where it was in 5 mins. NEVER would I EVER recommend or buy from them.

Service department

I would like to take this time give my experience working Van, he is by far the best worker that truly cares about her customers. I've been working with Van for a while now and he is very patient with his customers, that's why i keep coming back when my car needs to be repair. I am so happy Chery have someone like Van working for them. Van, really goes above and beyond for his customers.

Fast, friendly, and easy!

They had the truck I wanted, they gave me a great price without haggling, and got me in and out of there. I would recommend them to anyone. Tre took great care of me while I was there!
