Over the past 12 years our Mercedes cars have been serviced at Princeton Mercedes. During that time, Brian McCoy has been our service adviser. During that time he provided the best customer service of any service department I have experience with. On the rare occasion where there has been a quirk, he responded immediately and resolved these with a true customer responsive solution. The real test of a service department is how they respond when a quirk appears. Brain and the dealer are the best example of treating a customer right!

Richard was very helpful with explaining how the vehicle

Richard was very helpful with explaining how the vehicle works and helped me fix a problem with the electric plug. He has a great way of explaining how things work going into sufficient details without wasting time- which I appreciate very much since my time is limited. Thank you very much! Tom helped me find the vehicle I wanted and it turned out to have better enhancements than I first thought. He handles all the details and made sure we got a decent price for our trade-in.
