Awful service center, you call, and someone continues to call you honey. i asked her a question, and she said hold on, honey.. kept me on hold for the longest time. Came back and told me an advisor would call me back; I wanted to know if i could come in for wipers.

Robert helped me went to through the settings and configs for my new GLC, which is significantly different from the GLB and GLE I have. It made me feel much more comfortable to adjust the new car to fit well with what I want.
