It was a pleasure to deal with the Mercedes Benz of Princeton dealership. Tom Knobloch was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his manner and low key sales approach. I would highly recommend Tom to others I know who are thinking about buying a new Mercedes.

Sale was handled swiftly and professionally and Robert did a great job showing the ropes of the car. I felt a little isolated after a few days when no one followed up (I had been spoiled by my previous dealership and wanted to feel appreciated). I asked for a little gift…something to welcome me as a customer. Well when I returned to pick up my plates, Jimmy took great care of me. They gave me a courtesy car wash and some nice little gifts. Great to be heard and valued as a customer. I definitely recommend!! that made me smile.

I'm happy with the service. Jeff is very nice and very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns about my car. I called him the day after. He helped me order the parts I needed. The front desk staff are very respectful. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and attitude.

Excellent service and attitude. Fortunately, I didn't need to go to another Mercedes dealership this time. Last time MB Princeton was very busy with only options in three months. Not sure what they did this time, but good to have the opportunity to service my car close to my house.
