We had an AMAZING experience and Mercedes Princeton. Having purchased and leased many cars over the years, I can truly say they are exceptional beginning to end. Arno was a true professional — knowledgeable, detail oriented, thoughtful, responsive and the contagiously calm throughout the process from beginning to end. He worked at our speed and met every need and question we had. Robert took us through the car and was extremely kind and helpful. This was a car with many new features and he was clear and met our pace and learning needs. Above all, the final steps were done with incredible efficiency, which was highly appreciated especially as our two little boys were making themselves very comfortable and asking their own questions. Easily the best car buying experience we have had — and this was our 9th car transaction as a family. Thank you Arno and Robert!

Arno is a consummate professional.

Arno is a consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. He got me into a car I really like, with a pressure-free approach and a fair and reasonable deal. Highly recommend. Also, Richard Brittingham, who spent time showing me the features of the car, was knowledgeable, patient, and professional.

I’d like to add that since I brought the car home, I have followed up with Richard with questions as I explore the features of my new car. He has promptly responded helping me to continue to learn what the vehicle has to offer.

The dealership is fine.

The dealership is fine. Just very old and outdated. They don’t even offer Diet Coke. Robert was in a rush to leave and there was only one concierge today.

It was a wonderful experience!

It was a wonderful experience!!! I waited for my car and it was ready when they said it would be ready. They washed my car before giving it back to me. I would differently bring my car back for service!!!
