This was our first experience with Mercedes Benz and the entire experience was smooth and efficient, thanks in large part to Nicholas Sperrazza (Nick), who was fantastic. From the initial test drive to finally picking up the car, Nick made the entire process feel seamless. Nick was very patient, friendly and made us feel at ease, replying to all our queries immediately. He made everything simple, provided great suggestions and kept us informed throughout the process. Even after leaving the dealership we received messages from him just to make sure everything was good and we were enjoying the car. We would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks to Robert too, who patiently gave us a detailed overview on our car and digital features and patiently clearing all our doubts. Robert too was friendly. The Princeton Showroom is impressive and the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. We express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional service. We are also looking forward to continue our wonderful & trustworthy relationship with our new Mercedes-Benz family.
