Vasil our salesman was excellent . This is the second car purchased from this dealership and Vasil . Vasil is very honest, customer service oriented , communicative and knowledgeable . Robert Lisi did an excellent job going over all the features of our new GLS 450 . He was patient , helpful, and very knowledgeable . The General Manager George always makes time to say hello and make sure everything is good . That is very much appreciated .

Coming from north jersey, we were pretty upset with the services we had received with dealership by us. Initially we were planning to go to Porsche but wanted to give mercedes another chance and came to Princeton has family had previously had good experience. We were first time car buyers and Aaron made the process so enjoyable. Let us try different vehicles to see different models/features with no pushback. Did not aggressively push products. Made cash payment easy and didn't force us to buy on payments. Will plan on buying future vehicles from here

Overall the service is excellent. The process of a loaner call was also painless. It I will that is imperative that everyone that touches a car during the service process should read the work order before doing anything to a vehicle.
