Had check engine light issue on my 10 year old GLK. Got an appointment with a loaner in 2 days. It took longer than expected to fix the issue but the service department kept me updated throughput the process. It was a pleasure to work with Linda Tague and team.

The interface between the customer/client and the dealer goes through its agent and Nick Aberin excelled. He remembered me clearly, described the service, kept me apprised of the status of the work and was unfailingly cordial to my wife and me.
