I purchased this car ('24 Sportage) just 3 weeks ago and
I purchased this car ('24 Sportage) just 3 weeks ago and last Friday, my wife noticed that the RF tire was extremely low on air. She called AAA to replace the tire with our spare. When I returned home, I took the car, with the flat tire in the trunk and took it back to Earnhart Kia to get the tire fixed. They found out that the tire had no punctures, but that the valve stem core was bad--they replaced it quickly and at NO CHARGE!!! Thank you Trevor and Justen

I was very pleased with the service I was given. Justin helped me out. He got my car in quickly and was very nice and friendly. I got my car inspected, oil change and rotated my tires and even washed it for me 😊 They didn’t have my car very long and called me within a few hours to come pick it up! Very pleased indeed! Thanks Justin and Peoria Kia for the great service! 10/10 😊

I’ve been going to this dealership since my first Kia was bought in 2008 since then I bought one in 2013 and 2024 and I’ve loved every vehicle. The dealership is always honest with me listens to me and fixes whatever the problem is. The service manager Alex, is outstanding.

Went to the dealership to see about trading in my 2020 Sorento for a new sportage….recently moved and bigger car just didn’t fit that good in garage, got a great trade in value on old car and since I bought a new car that was from the previous year got a great deal… very simple deal, and when I say this I really mean it, no pressure what so ever, very pleased with whole experience

PROS: Alex and his Service Team did a great job, attended to the mechanical issues I requested, performed the maintenance and had me out in about an hour. I've worked with Alex twice now and highly recommend. He and his team are professional, considerate, and prompt. - - - - CONS: Goodness knows I do not like writing a negative review. But, this I must share: I do not recommend this sales team. Finance convinced me to purchase a warranty stating *repeatedly* that I'd pay "nothing but gas" for 10 years. Explained this to me in detail using those exact words *several* times. It turns out this is far from true, which means that I will have to pay for services I was repeatedly told I was already paying for. I was also promised car mats that never materialized. I do not appreciate being openly lied to. If you need service, Alex and his team have been trustworthy and have done a great job thus far. They have treated me fairly, openly, and honestly. I just wish I I could say the same for the Sales team.
