I recently went there looking at a truck, Neil, instantly helped me and was upfront and honest. The quality of their vehicles is exceptional, and dealing with a car salesman was for once in my life was a pleasure. There was no typical sales pitch or the horrid "what can we do to get the deal done today". From someone who has bought many cars from many dealers, I want to go back to all other dealers/salesmen, and tell them to learn from the team at Amaral!

I bought my Nissan Armada from Amaral Auto Sales a few weeks ago and I love it. It's the best truck I ever owned. I admit I was a little cautious purchasing a vehicle off of a used car lot. However after meeting Neil and his dad, that perception changed. Amaral Auto Sales is friendly and courteous and values their customers. They also go out of their way to make sure you are happy before and after the sale. Most places forget you once they get your check, these guys become friends and want to keep you happy. The level of customer service these guys provide is unheard of, especially for a used car dealer. New car dealers don't even offer this level of service. In a very short period of time, I have established a friendship with Neil that I would never expect from a used car dealer. If you are in the market for a quality used vehicle, you would be crazy to go anywhere else. I highly recommend these guys to everyone I know. This was the best decision I ever made.

Drove down from upstate new york to test drive and potentially buy a new to me car. Sales process was completely painless. No pressure put on customer at all. Very fair pricing. Would highly recommend Amaral Auto, if I have the chance would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I was very pleased with this dealership. I emailed them on a Sunday inquiring about a vehicle and actually got a quick response the same day. Met with salesman the next day and made the deal with Neil Amaral who was very courteous and professional. Neil actually had continuous correspondence with me after purchasing the vehicle to see if everything was fine with the vehicle. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would recommend it to anyone I know that is looking to buy one.

Amaral has a very friendly atmosphere. The customer service is great! They even give you oil changes and spot checks free for a year. I didn't have the best credit, but they got me into my dream car for the price that I wanted. I will be A loyal lifetime customer and will refer them to anybody.

First of all Honesty is the word to describe Neil procedure with me, I saw a pick-up truck on line went there just to see it , he told me I will not be able to test drive it that day , there are a problem with the brakes and to give him a couple days to fix not only brakes but a complete tune-up on the vehicle, that was on a saturday morning , call me on monday set-up test drive for wednesday , before I start the engine he show me a list of everything done tho the truck; I'm a body man ,put cars in the frame machine and strait them up for a living ; I went under the truck and all in the list was there, all new parts , drove it , liked it , ask for new tires ,have a deal, he delivered next day with four brand new tires, I'm very happy , my best car buying so far.

This was my first car ever. I had been researching the Audi A6 for many, many, many months. And when I was finally ready to purchase I found the perfect one at Amaral! It was black on black, just completely perfect. The only infraction was it had about 100k miles on. I called in the first day and spoke with Mike, and we set up an appointment for me to come in. As soon as I walked into the dealership Mike greeted me, Hey Takeeyah. I was completely shocked because we had never met before, he said he knew it was me because of my voice. LOL I thought that was the coolest thing in the world! I have worked in customer service for years, and a customer loves when you are able to remember them. Needless to say, I fell in love with the car all over again, it drove smoothly, and Mike was a great rep I now call him my BFF! I have had my Audi A6 for a little over 2 months and have had no issues with the engine, or anything, I went in about a month ago for wheel alignment, and although Mike wasn't there his staff (which is actually family) made me comfortable and took great care of me. With this being my first vehicle it was important for me to purchase "Beauty" from someone that would understand my needs, as well as the fact that I wanted exactly what I came for. I have to go for my first oil change this weekend and I'm so excited because anytime I go to Amaral I am welcomed with open arms. I did purchase my vehicle in full, and some dealership would've just washed their hands per-say after the transaction, but Mike still keeps in touch and whenever I call he always knows it me (Caller ID I know, but still a good feeling). I intend to purchase another Audi in the next year or so, I am hoping to do so with Mike and Amaral. I have already recommended my family and friends when they are ready, and would do so again without a heartbeat. I went to a lot of dealerships, before making my decision, and hands down this was the greatest experience I could've asked for when making a major purchase!
