They were very honest and took their time to make sure everything from the test drive to the sales process went smoothly. Cannot recommend them enough.

We purchased a 2022 RAV4 Prime at XX on April 6 and had a great experience there. The car almost in pristine condition and it looked brand new. The dealership owner Joe was very honest and true to his word. My husband was the first person to call on the RAV4 when it first came out on the market. It was in the beginning of the week when my husband spoke to Joe. We live in CT and because of work we couldn’t go down to PA until the weekend to check the car. Joe told us to put down a small down payment to hold the car. Although many people called and expressed interest in the RAV4 during the week, Joe honored his word and held the car for us until we went down on Saturday. The whole purchase process was very pleasant and smooth. Joe and Frank were very professional and helpful. Since the RAV4 is a plug-in hybrid EV, Joe volunteered to help us fill out the application form and got us qualified for $4000 government incentives. He helped us transfer the credits tot he dealership and took $4000 off the purchase price which also helped of save on sales tax. We are very happy with our RAV4 Prime and very grateful for the services we received from Joe and Frank. We highly recommend this car dealership!

The whole team was so down to earth, we knew we could trust them and they were transparent with us throughout the whole process. A special thanks to Joe who stayed after hours on a Saturday once we made our decision to buy the car. Because the banks had closed on the weekend he offered to deliver the final paperwork and drive the car to our house, over an hour away from Honey Brook, the following Monday. My husband and I visited RideSmart at the recommendation of our daughter-in-law. She had purchased a car there recently and was very happy with the car and the experience. The transmission on our SUV had quit on us and we were stressed because we had to find something fast. We met Fran when we arrived. We had called ahead and told him what we were looking for. He took us right to the truck we wanted to see. We saw another one that was just about to listed for sale and that was the one we purchased. The price was something we could not pass up. RideSmart is the only dealership we went to. Fran made the whole process so easy. He explained everything step by step. There was no high pressure involved. I have never before left a dealership without feeling like I had been taken advantage of somehow. At RideSmart, the experience was completely the opposite. I feel like we paid the right price for the right truck. We also met Ed that day. Both Fran and Ed were wonderful to deal with. They listened to us and were friendly and fun.
