My second purchased car from Ride Smart Auto!

My second time dealing with Ride Smart Auto and drove off the lot with my 2nd purchased. Joe Porrini was amazing, he went above and beyond to offer me a great deal. The whole process was really seamless. I would highly recommend Ride Smart Auto to all my family and friends.

I highly recommend this dealer

Ride Smart is exactly what you want in an automobile dealership. Over the past 7 years, my family has purchased 6 vehicles from them. We have found them to be customer focused, friendly, honest and fair on trades. All of the vehicles that we purchased went through a detailed inspection and preparation prior to delivery. This is the place for your next car!

Totally righteous and trustworthy. My second car from Joe; last one was nine years ago and I got 150,000 miles out of it. He'll work with you to get you in the ideal car and it's totally comfortable. You can't do better!

C MAX Purchase

Joe and Company are the best I've ever encountered

Joe and Company are the best I've ever encountered in this business! They were friendly, informative, and helpful without being pushy. My wife and I found ourselves in a tight situation right before Christmas, as our old car showed signs that it was on its last legs. We gave RideSmart a call, after our online search showed that they had a low-mileage used car that met all of our criteria. We made the hour and a half trek from our home in Millersburg, PA, all the way out to Honey Brook, and I hoped that I had not made a mistake in by-passing all of the dealerships and car lots in Harrisburg, our place of work. Joe, Fran, and the rest of the team quickly put my wife and I at ease. It was immediately apparent that they were serious about providing a professional, proactive, but non-aggressive approach to helping us into the car that we wanted. Joe took the best part of the afternoon helping us to weigh the best options in financing, to weigh the most effective options in terms of warranties, and also got to know a lot about who Melissa and I were not just as customers, but as people. We were as satisfied as a car-buying customer can be, and I would not hesitate to point my family, my friends, and anyone else in need of automotive recommendations towards Joe and the rest of his fine staff. They made this experience an absolute pleasure.

Great experiance for a used Toyota

I bought a used Toyota Rav4 XLE about 2 weeks ago and I am very pleased with the small SUV. Great car!!! Rides and drives great. Toyota always makes great vehicles.

I bought a 2009 Porsche Boxster about a month ago from Joe and I couldn't be more pleased. What a car!! Very low mileage, clean and a great price. I can't say enough about Ridesmart Auto. Very friendly and straight forward and no pressure. They answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car or truck.

Professional All the Way!

Joe Porrini and company go the extra mile. I have been looking for my next truck on and off this year knowing I was going to buy before the end of the year. I was looking for something that is not very common- Top trim package F250 with the gas engine and had to go north of the Mason- Dixon line to have more selection. RideSmart had a vehicle very close to what I was looking for and after answering many questions, taking extra time to send multiple difficult photos of the underside of the truck and sending additional detail photos, I asked them to hold the truck for me(with a reasonable deposit), it seemed like it would be worth the trip from Atlanta to check out the vehicle and see if it was what I hoped it would be. While waiting for my travel plans to work out Joe took the initiative to fix a few things on the vehicle he sensed that I would appreciate, with no guarantee of me buying the vehicle. Also during that time (a few days) I came across a better fit for me (also north of the Mason- Dixon) and ended up purchasing from another dealer. Joe was exceptionally gracious to me upon hearing the news, his goal turned out to be my goal in the process...that I get the best vehicle for my situation. I am confident that had I made my way to Honey Brook PA to check out the truck at RideSmart, I would not have been disappointed. I seldom write a review, but Joe's outstanding customer service attitude and attention to detail merit the highest praise in an industry that is plagued with mediocrity. I would not hesitate to refer Joe and the Ridesmart team in the future and I hope my travel plans will take me through their neck of the woods somewhere down the road, it would be very nice to personally say "Thanks for the great customer service!"
