Visited three other used car dealerships and honestly most of them belong in prison for deceptive ads. They price the car low but that price only applies if you take their inflated financing packages and rediculous rates. Mike at Auto Exotica was so honest and helpful, he offered the exact price on the BMW I saw on line, had a small dock fee and that was it. Couldn't be any easier to buy an excellent preowned car. Had one hiccup with a sensor but John the service manager was so great he brought the car into the shop on premisis and had two of his team jump right on it. Then made sure he came with me for a test hop again to make sure I was 100% satisfied. These guys are like working with family to buy a used car, and man, do they have great cars in super condition. I'm so pleased with the experience that I recommend them to everyone who asks. I'm gonna be back in a few weeks to pick up another preowned from them and I think these people are the class of the used car industry, will never go to another dealer for a preowned and I don't think you should either. They are located two hours from my home but well worth the drive. Thank You Mike and John for restoring my faith in car dealers. Rate you A1 5 Stars!

I recently purchased my Range Rover from Auto Exotica, and this is my second vehicle from them. Once again, Frank and Chris delivered an exceptional experience and an offer I couldn’t pass up. I called in the afternoon and, to my surprise, was able to pick up my freshly detailed car by 6 PM the same day. Showed up Late on a Thursday to look at vehicle that was posted online without even being checked out by the garage. Chris the salesman went looking for it for me to even see if it was available to look at. He found it and showed it to me and then told me he would take it around the parking lot to make sure that it was safe for me to take on a road test. He brought it back and he said it felt good enough to take out, and it was the vehicle felt very solid and comfortable to me. after the road test I was talking to Chris, and he was pointing out things I didn't even take into consideration between the two vehicles and dealerships. He told me that he would put it to the front of the line to get checked in and detailed so it could be ready for me as soon as possible and it was ready a day later. He made the process easy and comfortable he wasn't pushing me to make a decision on which vehicle to buy. The atmosphere in the dealership was very laid back and comfortable I even spoke with the owner, and he show me around the dealership. Everyone was very helpful and made buying a vehicle and good experience. I would Definitely buy a vehicle from them again in the future.
