The service I received today was excellent beyond my expectations/ experiences when purchasing a car. Mr. Young is very knowledgeable as well as personable (From an Assistant Manager prospective) the fact that he took into consideration & respected my options was comforting and not pressured.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service
This rating is based upon over 50 years of experience purschasing vehicles from auto dealerships in several states. My experiences have included dealing with very poor salespeople who were lacking in knowledge, not friendly or personable and did not make me feel at ease. Everyone I met at Miller Chrysler Jeep were very friendly and professional and demonstrated excellent product knowledge.

Easy to do business with
This dealer was easy to do business with. I got there about 5:30 and was out with a new Jeep by about 8:30 with trade-in and financing in place.

They only care if you bought the extended warranty
We had to take my daughters Jeep in for warranty repair on an issue we just found. Service said they would have her car for 3 days but offered no way for her to get around town or offer a loaner. They even said a comment that we didn’t buy the extended warranty which didn’t matter because her vehicle is still under the original warranty period. After speaking with service and even a sales manager the only thing they offered was complimentary Uber service. But that was only after we argued with them.

Hello sherrimadrigal, Our apologies for any misunderstandings or concerns, yes the vehicle is under warranty however extended warranties also provide rental car under certain circumstances which was our motive for asking. Avoid at all costs
Honestly the worst place ever to buy a car and to have your car serviced. A cable broke in our car and we were told that it would cost $355.00. They said they had called the warranty company and was told it wasn't covered. I called the warranty company myself and they stated that it was absolutely covered and that there had been NO CALLS from the dealership about this issue. I called the service manager and left a message....never got a call back. Call the person we were dealing with....never got a call back. We had to CALL THEM the next day to see what was going on. Told them to do our free oil change that we got with the purchase of our car while it was waiting for the part. Go to pick up car and, what do you know? NO OIL CHANGE was done. Worst, worst, worst customer service. They were going to charge us for a part under warranty. To this day I have yet to hear back from the service manager. Stay clear of this place if you can! I won't even get started on the car buying experience and their "options" that are mandatory purchases. Ugh.

LHM may charge you even if they don't fix the problem!
On May 26, 2018, I dropped off my 2003 PT Cruiser with Marcus at LHM Chrysler service dept for an airbag light. I picked up the vehicle on Jun 2, 2018 and paid $282.61 for parts and labor. On the way home, the airbag light cycled on and off periodically. I had to fly out of town the next day so I wasn’t able to return the vehicle for a couple weeks for them to relook at it. When I returned home from my business trip, I returned the vehicle to Marcus at LHM and left it with them for about a week to 10 days. They weren’t able to resolve the problem and I needed the car back. In late July, I returned the car to LHM to continue to troubleshoot the issue. On Aug 2, 2018, I went to pick up the car and they still could not solve the problem. I asked for a refund for the repair service that did no repairs so Marcus took me to Tony (service manager I believe). Tony refused to refund anything since his employees worked on the vehicle and “they need to be paid for their time.” Tony asked for one more day to personally see what he could figure out and I agreed. On Aug 3, 2018, I returned to pick up the car and Tony referred to some “possible” solutions that I’d have to pay for with no guarantee it would solve the problem. I asked if we were at an impasse on the original charges and he said “basically.” I took the car and told Tony I would handle my dispute through the small claims process.

My service rep. David Rupp is very helpful in getting everything accomplished. All service requirements are explained and the work is completed in the time frame as promised. Any issues/questions arising as a result of repairs/service are quickly addressed and resolved. Staff is courteous and the parts department is especially helpful.
