I had an amazing experience at Keys Hyundai of Manchester

I had an amazing experience at Keys Hyundai of Manchester getting into my brand-new Hyundai Elantra. My salesperson, Elvin, was fantastic—genuinely kind, attentive, and never pushy. Even while helping multiple customers, he made sure I never felt ignored or unvalued. He really knows his cars, and when he didn’t have an answer right away, he quickly found it. No gimmicks, no “mystery” dealership fees—just honest, straightforward help. The finance manager, Kane, was equally impressive. I got the usual run-through of financing, but he wasn’t aggressive or overbearing. Instead, he was considerate, patient, and made the process feel easy. It was a complete 180 from my experiences at other dealerships. 12/10—highly recommend this team if you want a stress-free, respectful car-buying experience.

Alex was absolutely amazing!

Alex was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, enthusiastic, and made the whole car-buying process smooth. He has this huge contagious positive energy and it's clear that he truly enjoys what he does. He works hard and he tries his best to make sure customers are happy. Highly recommend asking for Alex if you visit the dealership!

My Wife and I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Tucson hybraid. Ed was our salesman. Ed and his knowledge plus customer service made us feel very comfortable. I think that was a good reason why we made our purchase. Ed knew we were getting ready for a trip and on the day we were leaving he called me to wish us a safe trip and have a good time with our new Tucson. Very nice of Ed to do that for us. Thankyou Ed.

We were suddenly thrown into the market for a new car.

We were suddenly thrown into the market for a new car. Malik at Key Hyundai in Manchester was a great help. He was patient and answered all our questions as he guided us through a couple of test drives. Although we ultimately decided on a different option, we appreciated his friendly and professional attitude during a rather stressful time. I would definitely recommend him and the folks at Key Hyundai without reservation.
