The NHTSA has now confirmed a fifth Takata related fatality for 2022 — the third this year for Stellantis — after a driver-side airbag inflator was ruptured in a 2010 Chrysler 300.
Stellantis has issued a “Do Not Drive” warning for 276,000 model-year 2005-10 Dodge and Chrysler vehicles due to faulty driver-side airbag inflators.
