2019 Honda Civic consumer reviews

I just went over 1100 miles on the odometer. Within that time I drove it to the neighboring state to visit family for Christmas (total trip mileage about 750 miles). I have purchased only premium gas and I spent less this last month on gas than I normally do when I am not traveling. On my return trip with just highway miles I was making 47.7 mpg and the trip overall had an average of 45.5 mpg. My trip there was only about 43 mpg average so there are certainly variables that affect this number. At home since it sits around a lot just running (at stop lights, train stations picking someone up, going through the car wash, etc) I am only getting about 36 mpg. It is a great looking, comfortable car with amazing safety features, such as lane correction. It handles well and very enjoyable to drive.

This car is gorgeous. With sharp lines and a nice rear end. The car may look small but has plenty of cabin room due to honda utilizing the under dash space very well. We opted for the hatch back option for the increased cargo space and we are not disappointed. The car handles extremely tightly and smooth at the same time. We average 36 to 38 mph on the highway so the fuel economy is a major plus.

I had a Ford explorer before because I was hauling a lot of DJ equipment. I needed something that would save me money on gas while also being able to carry the load that I have. Enter the EV Honda Civic Hatchback: 40 MPGs and can carry a handtruck, subwoofer, two speakers, a DJ controller and lights. Opt for the cargo tray. It will save your life!

The safety features alone are incredible. I love the sporty look of the vehicle. Very reliable car that meets all my needs and desires. Can’t go wrong with a Honda.

Beautiful car, Honda quality. My first car many years ago was a civic, my current great car is a civic. The engine is not powerful, but this is expected from a civic - manual transmission mitigates it. Very happy overall.

The cars only got 750 miles on it so cant really comment on reliability yet...its a nice looking car but im afraid honda is starting to cut corners in quality control...if you read the sticker the engine is from usa...the tranny comes from mexico....and its assembled in canada...i thought honda was a japanese company...???....i buy these cars mainly for reliability....for which japanese cars have a good rep ..and altough not a lexus....honda is honda and ive owned many....but now they are outsourcing to mexico to save money no doubt???....we shall see if their quality goes down

Drives great, love the color. Its a Civic but feels like your driving an Accord. Honda are such good cars this would be my 7th one

I moved from a 2016 Honda Civic sedan to a 2019 Honda Civic hatchback and couldn't be happier. The 2019 model addressed the shortcomings I saw in the 2016 model (like adding a physical radio volume knob), but continued the commitment to high quality that Honda has. The materials used in the cabin continue to be high quality, making for a very comfortable driving experience. The styling is great and they finally got rid of all the chrome, now everything is body colored or black. Quite an improvement. An amazing amount of available space in the hatchback, especially if you fold the rear seats down. Plenty of room inside for me, my wife and my son. I'm happy with my Civic hatch and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a similarly sized car.

This car met all of my needs... The color choose is the color that i really love... The interior and exterior design is the best... It has plenty of legroom in frontand back... the ride is great compared to other cars i tested... It has a very nice speaker sounds. And has a 3 usb ports...

I test drove 3 comparable vehicles. I love the style of the vehicle, the smooth ride and the interior suited my needs. The display is in the console and doesn't obstruct my view. I will enjoy using the sunroof in the summer.
