Looking forward to driving pleasure .
Smooth running. Love the back up camera. Never had one before . Plus all the options make it a great vehicle to own and drive. Oh , gas mileage is awesome as our previous vehicle really was poor.

My favorite car - exceeds expectations
I bought 3 cars in 2018: a new Subaru Crosstrek: too small inside, too little power, poor mpg, faulty infotainment system. Traded for a new Outback: good power, good mpg, squeaking seats and defective infotainment system. Traded that for my CRV and love it: better power, better mpg and a taller cargo area than the Outback. It’s really the perfect size: I can haul a bicycle upright in the back by removing the front wheel and can still carry 2 passengers and cargo. I don’t feel guilty driving this vehicle by myself but can easily haul 3 passengers when needed. I’m averaging exactly 30mpg over the 9,400 miles (in 4 months) I’ve driven the thing. The awd works very effectively in the snow. Overall, it’s a jack-of-trades vehicle as it doesn’t seem like there’s anything it can’t do. I know so many people who own CRVs and I’m happy to join their ranks; it’s no wonder these vehicles are so popular. I was aware of the potential oil dilution issue and had the recall work done in about 2 hours. I’ve never had the car not warm up or smell funny but I rarely take short trips. Bottom line: this is my favorite vehicle because it’s so comfortable, capable and does so many things so well.

Love all of the safety features.
I love all the features that help with keeping me safe. It is a smooth ride, and I love sitting high up. It makes me feel confident driving such a new and fabulous vehicle.

Almost excellent but
Have had my 2018 EXL CRV for six months now so it is time to review it. My previous car was a 2015 Nissan Rogue that a not so nice man totaled. The CRV drives well and easily. Like the big info screen, easily read but almost information overload. Luckily you can turn some of it off, not only on the screen but the drivers side view also. The release for the gas filler is low in the left side right by the hood release. Easy to mistake it and hard to get to. Miss the things my Rogue had that the CRV does not, like the 360 degree cameras so you can get into and out of parking spaces easily, as well as the display showing the tire pressure on each tire so I would know when to bug my husband. The CRV only has the standard warning light that does not even show you which tire is low. I also have trouble getting the steering wheel adjusted comfortably. The leather seats are firm and pretty comfortable but they are not quite as comfy as the Rogue’s. The engine seems to surge at slow speed so have to keep my foot on the brake when puttin it in the garage. Now I am hearing about all the trouble with the turbocharged engine in these CRVs. Mine does not seem to have this problem, yet. Yes, as you can tell I miss my Rogue. CRV is a good car, but Honda could make it better.

Worst car I've ever driven
The driver seat in this car is extremely uncomfortable and painful when sitting in it for more than a few miles. I would never buy this car again. I need to get rid of it as soon as possible because driving it literally hurts to drive.

Heating Problem
I like the vehicle, But I have no heat in this vehicle I have taken in twice for them to check this problem each time they tell me it is good. Here in Calgary it gets cold in the winter. I paid good money for the extended warranty. I ask if it could be a faulty thermostat and they said a service light would come on if it was. I still believe it is the problem. So I will not go to dealer again I will go and get local mechanic to change what I ask for. I am freezing driving to work and I think Honda dealership should stop checking indoors and go out side to repair it . Oh almost forgot they said all cars do not have heat when it is cold out. Why would somebody buy a car with no heater?

Not safe for Wisconsin Winters
This vehicles tires spin and slide on rain. Its heater and defroster stopped working just months after I bought it. Definitely not the safe reliable vehicle we thought we were buying. I dont know who did all these Rav reviews but Ive experienced nothing close! Best part is the dealer we bought it from scheduling us a week out when we have no heat or defroster in the middle of ice storms and freezing cold winter weather!

The CRV is very smooth and fun to drive; easy to handle. Lots of leg room and back seats very roomy. Touring model is especially nice.

Most annoying car I have ever owned
I have owned my 2018 CR-V for a little over 1 month now, I work in sales so I drive a lot. I have done 5,500 miles in a month. I believe it is a fuel pump issue but the car makes a high pitch noise when you give it light gas. Very noticeable at highway speeds. I took it in for service and the said the couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Then someone at the dealership decided to tell me that one of the mechanics says that the new fuel pumps make an annoying noise. Very disappointed in Honda and the dealship. Wish I never bought this car. The head rest in this car are too far forward. You don’t notice it on short rides, but on long rides it gets annoying. The engine sometimes idels heavy for a new car.
