Fantastic ride

Love the great gas milage, sporty look, and sleek design. The cargo space is a little limited, but love the racks on top to help while moving.

I am very pleased with this purchase

This car was a great value. Many of the safety features we wanted were included in the price which was wonderful. There were a few additional safety features we would have liked but were not available in the Kona. Overall we really like it

Best small AWD SUV

I had a Hyundai Elantra before I looked into leasing the brand new Hyundai Kona. I wanted something just a little bigger and that was AWD. I have the Kona Limited which gives me the 1.6T engine and gets me up to speed no problem. I'm excited for it to snow so I can really test out the AWD system. The only downside to the Kona, is the small trunk space. I feel it should be a little bigger, but overall it's my baby! I am truly happy with the Kona!

Hyundai Kona

I like the accesories and the turbo that gives better peformance. Also the milage per gallon is a plus and the all wheel drive. But the space in the back seats is very tight.

Best in it's class with AWD and Turbo

If you're looking for a reliable small SUV, look no further. I love the exterior styling. It seems like either you love it or you don't. No in between. Turbo makes this car the fastest in it's class which is refreshing since my last car was a 2013 Accent that struggled to keep up with highway traffic with 2 passengers in the vehicle. I wanted an AWD vehicle due to the fact that I live in Northern Illinois. There is also a button that makes it 4 wheel drive. The interior is simplistic and I like that. The leather power heated driver seat is awesome. Excellent lumbar support and height adjustments along with tilt telescoping steering wheel allows you to find the perfect driving position. "I wish it had memory seating" but that would cost much more. The passenger seat is not a power seat but this vehicle is made for the driver. The controls are straight forward, easy to navigate. Apple car play stereo is excellent and responsive. The stock stereo is very good. Storage is poor but then you're buying a subcompact SUV. If you wanted more storage that's your fault. The handling and road manners are great. Rides like a car, great gas mileage for an SUV and comes with Goodyear tires. I have owned 4 Hyundai's. They all come standard with cheap tires. This is a big plus in my book. I had zero buyers remorse. It has more bag for your buck than the competition "BY FAR". Used Mazda CX3's were more money than new Kona's that had more features. A couple of improvements would be less use of hard plastic in the interior and the road noise can be quite loud on poorly surfaced roadways. Another odd thing about this vehicle is many drivers think you have your brights on. I get people flashing their brights at me as if I forgot to turn mine off. That being said, the headlights do an outstanding job of lighting the roadway. Also, when you turn a corner, a beam of light goes in the direction of your turn as you are making the turn. In closing, you will not be disappointed in this car. Be sure to get the turbo and AWD. The limited model is the best value. There is one step up from the limited that has a heads up display and cordless phone charger built in but it's not as good of a value.
