The new Kona

It’s been the perfect size for our needs. We wanted an SUV interior style rather than a sedan, but didn’t need a large car. It was great to have the option of a smaller SUV.

Excellent

I did a lot of research after my 2018 jeep renegade was totaled. I wanted something just as safe, and with better gas milage. I came up on a Kona. I had never even heard of one before. The more I researched and read the reviews the more I knew it was what I was looking for. Flash forward a month, and we have bought a 2019 Kona. I couldn't be happier. It drives great. There's plenty of room up front. I was able to fit a smallish medium size desk in through the back with seats folded down. Great gas milage. Super happy.

Too early to tell

Too early to tell as I haven't owned it very long what seems to be cheaply made. Very small compared to my other SUV but fits my needs for fuel mileage and all wheel drive for winter. Have to wonder of the safety of being rear-ended in this car??

Lowkey an amazing car

Perfect car for any utility use as well as every day driving. Very comfortable. I own the limited and wow, the car exceeded all my expectations. Hyundai's lane keep assist is phenomenal compared to other brands and I can literally let the car drive itself on the freeway. Although its not SUPER fast, but the car is zippy and can be quick in the times you need it.

Subcompact SUV

This car was supposed to be the last vehicle I buy. It is too low to the ground and it's not very comfortable. The paint job is terrible. The NPR dealership is super busy but very unorganized. Too many people do not tell the truth. Cannot recommend Hyundai any longer.

LOVE it!!

Owned mine 10 months. LOVE it. Went to dealership thinking I wanted to replace a ‘13 Tucson & came home w/a Kona! Had never heard of Kona before. Best decision!!! Test drove it & that’s all it took. Great mileage. Easy to handle. Very peppy/pick up & go. Have had many compliments on it. Absolutely no complaints!

Fits our needs

The Kona fits the needs for short wife unable to climb up into vehicles, yet not a sedan. It has plenty of room in front to feel comfortable. It comes in flashy color so it can be SEEN.
