Love the Kona

Very pleased with all the safety features. I feel safe when I’m driving. It is higher than a car which gives me a better view of the road.

Very small space!

I test drove this car it was very small and cramped Made a lot of noise when driving. I assume they were the only tires they can find for this model. They should have went up a size maybe.

Great upgrade

I decided to trade in my 2014 Hyundai Elantra hatchback for something a little bigger and newer. I love the Kona! It’s roomy with many great features and I can easily haul my 2 kayaks with it!

Only had it for a few weeks and I love it.

Honestly I had never heard of the Kona before I started looking to replace my aging Ford Focus. After doing weeks of online research it was between the Kona and a Mazda. I test drove both and fell in love with the Kona. The handling and the responsiveness of the AWD make it great for Alaska Driving. I purchased the SEL plus AWD version and love nearly everything about it. My only complaints so far and these are petty, the seatbelt latches are too far back making it hard to reach. The other is the Auto start will only run for a maximum of ten minutes, not long enough to warm it up properly in a northern environment. Other than those non-issue issues, I absolutely love it.

Love the look and feel of this car.

I wanted a smaller car than what I had and this car is perfect for me. I absolutely love the look of it. It drives great.

Great safety features

As I get older I find it harder to drive at night. This car has LED headlights which are bright and make driving at night easier. Other safety features include lane assist brake assist and blind spot warning. It has heated seats and a moonroof. The 18-in wheels make going over potholes and bumps in the road much easier. It also has navigation. I enjoy driving again and I am pleased with my purchase.

Meh, it’s fine.

3.5/5 Initially test drive a different trim, did not test drive the trim I bought. Engine seems to lag on this trim. I take responsibility for not doing that. It’s a great little car for the purpose of driving to and from destinations. I recommend checking it out to see if it works for you. This car is DEFINITELY overpriced thought, should be 16K and lower.

Beautiful car!

So, I love this car! It's cute and drives excellent! The one concern I have is that when I turn the wheel, I can feel something move beneath my feet. Not sure what that is, but when the corona virus threat ceases, I'm going to have it checked out just to make sure it's normal!
