Features for the price
Overall i like the vehicle. There is more wind noise when driving down the road that the 2015 sonata that i owned. The engine has an inherent tick when you start it up i listened to 4 different vehicles just like the one i purchased they had the same tick. Has a vibration and hesitation in the car when cruising at about 40 to 45 and at about 1300 to 1500 rpms it is a hollow vibration sound very noticeable.

More bang for a buck
Hyundai is by far the best car in terms of technology, price, reliability and overall performance. Their warranty is the best in the market and second to none. I like their modern style exterior and interiors with new technology that easily beats high end vehicles.

Satisfied Customer
I owned a 2011 Sonata Limited and decided it was time for a new car. We test drove all the usual suspects in the sedan class, but when all was said and done the new Sonata Limited with the ultimate package had the most features for the price, plus I love the Hyundai warranty. This car has every safety feature known to man.

Rivals an Acura
I have owned 2 Acuras that I loved. I thought for a long time that I would not buy any other make. Then I found the Hyundai Sonata. It rides like an Acura...has all of the same options...is just as comfortable and is a fraction of the price. The warranty is an added bonus.

big car comfort at a decent price
I was a former Avalon (5 time) owner. The Sonata has the great legroom, space, look and feel of a big car at a much cheaper price. The ride is wonderful.

DMV Review
The 2018 Sonata 2ot is a very good buy. Styling, performance and technology is 2nd to none. The interior "knobolgy" could be a little more located together, but is not a big thing. The performance is second to none. Ride is stable and comfortable. Lots of gadgets to learn Beautiful automobile. Love driving it. This is my 2nd Sonata 2ot. 2014. Blue link is great. As I said previously, highly recommended.

Nicest sedan for the money
So leery me say that I love this car. I decided to buy one after I bought a 2017 Santa Dr lay year. I think Hyundai had come a long way since the day they started importing cars into the US. They are comfortable, well made and well equipped for the money. Over the years I've been a Nissan customer and I've got to day the Hyundai product is much better and cheaper (or more feature rich). With that said, there are things which I would like to see changed. If you look at YOUTUBE videos of Hyundai cars from 12 years ago, you'll see a similarity, specially in there interior of the cars. I think they are very dated and boring. I also think that if they want to have 8 different version off one car, they need to group their options a little better.... it can get confusing and you still walk away wanting some options over the others. What ever happened to the days when you got to chose what features you wanted in your car. The Sonata is extremely comfortable and attractive (for a sedan). It's also a little heavy for the 2.4 engine. This is my way to say it's a little underpowered. Does it do the job? Absolutely and I assume some of that is to be blamed by the gas economy war, but I still think they should eliminate this engine as bbb stick with the 2.0 T as a minimum, even include a 6 cyl like they do the Genesis. Other than that the car deserves high marks. It is responsive and fits a family comfortably. Average gas mileage for me is 19, not 26.
