One month after purchasing my brand new 2023 Kia Sorento I've had electrical problems the interior light not coming on the exterior lights on my handles and mirrors not working I contacted the dealer who refused to address my concerns or allow me to return the vehicle I contacted Kia of North Jersey who also gave me no assistance with my issue this issue has continued over the last two years there are times with my car hesitates to start the radio has cut the interior lights flash while I'm driving this is the worst vehicle I've ever purchased and I would not recommend it nor will I ever buy another Kia Kia manufacturers are Crooks you put out an item that does not live up to expectations or the value and you take no responsibility for your vehicle

Please do not waste your time with this car. They may look cute and drive nice but they are anything but reliable. My car shuts off inappropriately and Kia Corp doesn’t care. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

Great car and the more I drive it, the more I love it. You get a ton of value but at 40k, the SX line needs a better sounds system.

I really love this SUV. I love the look and feel of it. I got this vehicle last February and am still figuring out all the things it can do. Love the warranty! The seats are a just a tad bit hard.

Great vehicle. 👍 Great ride. This vehicle handles great . Rides well and has a premium level of equipment. Also something I find very important is the factory warranty which is top of the line

I absolutely love this SUV. The only thing is the pick up (acceleration)isn't as good as I'm used to. The exterior is fabulous & the interior is very comfortable & has all the bells & whistles I was looking for.

He was kind, honest, respectful, answered all my questions, and was supportive through the whole process. He was also very patient when I told him I wanted to think about it overnight.
