Kia Really Beat the Competition on This One

Wow.... that is what comes out of my mouth every time I drive this vehicle. I am still in shock that this is a Kia (no offense Kia, just your brand was never on my radar to own... until now). I wanted to upgrade back to an 8 seater and found that to be an expensive endeavor - until I found the Telluride. The price is amazing for the space you get. There is so much cargo space, legroom, headroom... I purchased the one with the bench 2nd row and there is plenty of space for 3 adults to fit. This is also true of the 3rd row - so much more space then you would imagine. I got the mid level so I have plenty of features to make the ride comfortable for everyone, including a nice sun roof. The extra large screen makes navigating and electronic use super easy. Very sleek and clean looking interior. The extra exterior trimming makes the vehicle look that much more classy and expensive - from chrome trim, upgraded rims, rectangle headlights, hockey stick taillights, and a grill that really gives it a luxury look. And this SUV rides sooooo smooth that you would never know you were driving an SUV, especially not one of this size. This vehicle does not even jolt when going over bumps. And the gas mileage is really impressive - I have been averaging 27.1 miles so far. The lane assist is very impressive - it will definitely keep you on your toes! Oh, did I mention the extra hidden compartment in the back of the vehicle that adds more storage? There is so much to compliment on this vehicle that I just don't think I can get it all in. Loving everything about it. If I had to give the only downfall that I have found is that I wish they made the mid model with a power hatch as a standard feature. I'm just getting to a point that I feel that is a necessity that could add so much more convenience to the consumer and it would not cost Kia that much more to make it standard. Just my thought.

Very Good Car, but still needs modifications

The car gives a very smooth drive and the seats are very comfortable, most features are good. Gas on highway is great. City seams to be a bit guzzling. The main concern I have is that the infotainment system isn’t working right, #1. Whenever you shut the engine off it deletes the device connection, it’s extremely annoying and it also doesn’t save any POI in the system. KIA is aware of it but no solution yet. #2 A vehicle at the price point should have FOG Lights, #3 Not to have an option of remote starter on key fob these days is not acceptable, the one offered in the Kia app takes very long and fails to connect many times. So overall it’s a good comfortable vehicle. But I regret being from the first shipment. I’m sure they will add options next year.

Has everything I need wrapped up in 1 SUV

This car exceeds my expectations. Base model with AWD comes nicely equipped with 3rd row seating, plenty of leg room and a lot of great standard features like adaptive cruise control, lane departure, backup camera, blind spot detector. DOHC 6 cylinder engine getting 24mpg highway, and packed with get up and go. Sport, comfort, Eco, Smart and Snow drive modes at the turn of a dial. 5,000 lb towing of my 20 ft. boat with ease. Love this car! Kia has created one hell of a vehicle. Dealers can't get them in stock fast enough. Kudos. I am a fan of Kia for life having already owned a Sedona and the 2009 Borrego only made 1 year in US.

Great ride

Was expecting a rough ride with the 20's on the S model we own. Could not have been more wrong. Love everything about the vehicle.

I fell in love immediately

I had test drove so many SUV’s including the Pilot, Highlander, Acadia, and Traverse. I have 3 kids and really wanted captain chairs for easy access to the 3rd row, and leather (preferably leatherette!) seats, but only found these options available in pricey top-level trims. I was also really wanting the technology and safety features that come standard in the Telluride. I can’t believe I found all this, and so much more, for what I paid for the “S”model. It also comes with an amazing standard warranty. Kia nailed the styling too- honestly one of the most attractive SUV’s I’ve ever seen.

I love this car so much.

This car is exactly what I have been looking for but I didn't really know it until I discovered it! I saw the car in a parking lot and waited for the owner to come out so I could ask her about it. I had never seen it and wondered why? The next day I started researching the vehicle and found great reviews both by driving publications and buyers. I test drive two different trim levels and five dealerships and bought from the final dealership. I bought the "second up" level ("S") which is plenty for me even though once you see what spending for the next level is, it's tough to turn down all the additional goodies. But I did. It's very attractive inside, well organized, great audio/bluetooth/lane assist/blind spot assist -- all the modern features you expect on a car, but they are easy to figure out, logically situated in the vehicle, and just seem intuitive in a way that some other cars I have owned have not been. I especially love the quiet ride (very low road noise -- not sure if that's the right term, but my previous vehicle required turning up the volume on the audio when driving on highway because the sound of the tires on the highway was so loud and the wind noise was just annoying). I am 5'10" and when seated in the third row, I have space between my knees and the seat in front. It's a very comfortable and well-designed car. The car handles beautifully. You cannot beat Kia for 10-year, 100K warranty and 5 year/60K roadside service included. If you are looking for something between a Toyota Highlander-type vehicle and a suburban, I think this is perfect. (I had considered the Volvo and Audi medium-sized SUVs but was deterred by price and slightly less roomy interior).

The best car I ever owned !!!

2020 KIA Telluride is a dream car. It is very stylish, drives and handles like a car. Very spacious, upscale interior, tons of features that you have to pay arm and leg for in other brands. Plenty of power when needed and drive itself on the highway literately. 2020 Telluride exceeded all exceptions.
