2018 Audi Q7 consumer reviews

The Q7 3.0 excels in every measure. Comfortable, smooth-riding, powerful, exceptionally quiet, it is also driver’s car, providing desired level of feedback about the road and responding precisely to inputs via the steering wheel. And, added to that it get very good highway mpg! I have never had a better car. Nearly two years and zero problems!

This is my first Audi after years of owning Lexus RXs. The handling and smooth drive are what sold me. I also needed the third row. I have been very pleased with the car, except for two things. The sensors and controls occasionally act up for no reason and the dealer service is dreadful. I could put up with the computer blips, but the service is the worst I have ever encountered. It is impossible to reach them by phone, and they do not respond to emails or texts promptly. And when I have taken my car in for service, it has always taken much longer than I was initially told.

It is by far the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50 years of driving. Beautifully built, exceptional drive, great design and the performance is beyond expectations. My only complaint is the lack of storage for small items in the center console.

So far we are very pleased with this vehicle. I’m sure once we become proficient at using all of the built in features we’ll like it even more.

I have had many cars in my lifetime and the Audi is the best and worst at the same time. The good: great performance, a lot of tech and safety gear, flexible 3rd row, cool panorama sunroof, corners like a sedan, rich touch surfaces. The bad: many items are over-engineered and are hard to use, maintenance is expensive and Audi dealers aren't good to work with, many items not thought through. For example, center storage is 2 inches deep, can't use it for much. Front cupholders are tiny but door cup holders slant forward so spill your drink. To change your wiper blades have to lift wipers up to "parked" position which takes 5 (5!) submenus to get to. Very expensive and options even more expensive. If they could keep the performance but go learn from Toyota or Honda how to make all items work it would be ideal.

We were looking to get out of the minivan and wanted something with more up to date tech. Granted it's not as family friendly as the van...but man, it's oh so comfortable. It's quiet at any speed. Some nice features that I did not expect (LED interior lighting). Mileage is the same as the van. Handles better than the van. Looks better (especially with air suspension at dynamic setting). All in all - we're very happy with it so far (kids wanted to keep the van but they've come around).

Great for long road trips. After 12 hour drive, you feel pretty good because of the comfortable vented seats. Amazing AI too. The design is subtly unique in silhouette,

This car has plenty of room and ride so smooth. Love that it is one of the safest vehicles and looks good. The moon roof is beautiful and the back has so much room. The one thing I don't get is the arm rest between the front seat moving. If you lean on it and adjust it moves forward. But other than that, the car drives and handles the road with ease.

This is our first Audi and it is an exceptional car all the way around. All of the reviews we read have held up. It's worthy of all the praise.

Been wanting to buy this car for awhile. Super happy that I did. Such a well made, well thought out vehicle. Looks great. Drives great
