2014 BMW 320 consumer reviews

When I bought this car I was very pleased I still love almost everything about but beware.when the first rain storm came I found out about the way bmw designed the windshield runoff.on each side of the engine compartment is a tray with a hole in the bottom of it to channel the rain water As the water drains through this tray it drops to another area with another hole to drain through.A small leaf was captured in this area and plug the drain hole .Then I took the car for a drive in not knowing this area had filled with rainwater .About 19 miles down the road the car stuttered out and died .Then I discover the external power distributor had shorted out because of the trapped water .In turn alot of the sensors and maybe the ecu were ruined also .This has led to an electrical nightmare .I still have been able to make the car runas good as it did when I got it and I can even drive it very far .It runs rough and constantly dies even at higher speeds.The transmission doesnt shift properly and it has been xxxx trying to fix everything that was damaged. I believe bmw made a huge mistake trying to be fancy with this drainage system.Not any any manual did they mention this system or how a small leaf could destroy the cars electrical system which is very complex in these cars .If only I was made aware of this system that should be check and watched constantly I would continue to be a very proud owner but with the next 5 yrs of payments and a beautiful driveway ornament I'm totally ashamed of my bmw. Thanks alot bmw for the poor engineering that's left me walking far in the future

I love my car.1 problem. Can't get the headlights right.Replaced the bulbs 1 month ago and they worked fine 1 month later they seem to have lost their edge and back to hard to see at night.looks excellent. Should have bought a BMW long ago.Maintnace Slightly higher

I’ve spent $7,000 on this car over the last 4 years trying to maintain software, replacing air filters, headlight housing units, air conditioning, you name it and it’s been fixed. Constantly loosing value, depreciation is an understatement

This car met all my needs. Smooth ride, safe, great sound system. A joy to have owned. Great trunk space, and plenty of room in the back.

We needed a third vehicle and didn't want it to be pricey. This car definitely met that goal and then some. It's in excellent condition and we are enjoying driving it.

This car pretty much has all I need! This is my first car, and the driving experience is just amazing. I think BMW is the ultimate driving machine. I love it!
