Bought this vehicle pre-owned in 2019 at a fabulously

Bought this vehicle pre-owned in 2019 at a fabulously discounted price. Had only 19,000 miles on it at the time (probably only driven to church and the grocery by a nice widow). Now, in 2025, has 55,000 miles on it. Probably the best automobile I have ever owned. Performance is outstanding, repair history as good if not better than any other vehicle I owned. I added a BMW-focused, after-market Carplay system in 2021 to my existing onboard electronics system. Has worked very well and did an admirable of replacing the BMW Connected Drive system after the latter went dark. Biggest problem has been the tires wore out and I am replaciong the back struts and shocks, but some of that may be my fault. Otherwise, subjected to routine maintenance and had NO issues. Would buy again in a minute.

Falls apart after 60,000 miles

Noticed that most of the reviews that give it positive are from 2019 and earlier – i.e. when this car is less than four years old. At 8 to 9 years old this car starts to fall apart. expect to spend between $6000 and $12,000 between 60,000 and 100,000 miles. Sell your BMW before it hits 60k if you can. It’s great for those first 60,000 miles.

BMW 528 - terrible car

Terrible car. Constant expensive repairs. Motor blow up with 90,000 miles. Terrible service at Hendricks. Headlights fog up, seals break, constant break downs, very expensive

The interior leather caught my eyes

I LOVE it. I used to own a 2006 bmw and it was a huge upgrade for me to change into this one. It was more spacious, had eco / comfort AND sport

Best car I have ever owned

BMW 5 series is the best of luxury and sports car. Love everything about this car. All the luxury features I wanted on the inside, aggressive sports car on outside with M Sport package and great fuel economy. Don't be fooled though, the 4 cyl turbo has great acceleration in sport and comfort mode, Eco mode gives great fuel economy (I avg 31 mpg) for road trips. Overall I get 24 mpg for my daily driving. Has 18 gal gas tank (premium fuel only). Interior is very roomy including the back seats. Plenty of cargo space in the trunk. If I had to find something to complain about it would be the remote start option not being available. But for me that was not a deal breaker. I only have 46k miles on mine currently but expect this car to last for the long haul. Will definitely be getting another 5 series when it's time to trade this one in.

Gorgeous luxury car

Loved this car! I bought to commute to work...it was a pleasure to drive. I drop 45 minutes to work, each way. It gets great gas mileage and it's beautiful.
